Wanted Faceup Artists for YOSD (PukiPuki) USA/Midwest Preferred!

I'm looking for possible faceup artists to commission to do a faceup (and potentially some body blushing) on my Fairyland PukiPuki. I wanted to do them myself, but he is just so tiny!

It has to be someone in the continental United States, just to save me the fear of shipping internationally. I would prefer someone either in Ohio or the Midwest/great lakes region, the closer the better, but I know my options may be limited, so I'm willing to consider any state.

The faceup would be semi-realistic, with some fantasy colored freckles. If body blushing would also be an option through the same artist, that would also involve some freckles in some areas!

Are you, or do you know of a faceup artist who works on tiny tiny dolls? I'm not in a rush so I have time to look at multiple people, and I don't mind a waitlist. I'm also still looking around myself! I don't have a budget in mind currently.
