Facebook Fake Dealer : Everlast Fortunately (Indonesia)

I saw this, they stole pictures, I reported her fb already, but I'm still confusing about the other Indonesian who doesn't have any DoA account... are Wiki articles help? but most of Indonesian doesn't even read those (_ _)~

I hope I have another solution of this >_<;;;

 

I have see this. How can she take advantage since she NOT have a right to have that? She even prided himself that she is a Dealer. SHE IS NOT !!!

Hopefully all the companies the person is "representing" puts a warning on their sites about this person. Also did you give them the link to the person's profile? A person in FB could change their name all they want but that link is still going to be the same no matter what.

[EDIT] apparently you can't report infringement unless it's your property... So all the companies you recognize need to send the forms to FB themselves. Still gonna report as fake profile impersonating public figure... D:

Although the info page just says they're an agent of Doll Family and none of the other companies. I only saw DoD through their interests. :O

still looks like they're selling Dollzone though... so it'd be a good idea to keep reporting to the companies you think the person may be impersonating reps >_>

The companies need to send DMCA notices or else FB will do nothing about the fake account. FB needs to know that the person is messing with copyright or they won't do anything. The only time they'll shut down an account is for underage or copyright infringement with reporting by the company

Looks like she sold cosplay or figurine before she starts selling bjd, so many of her customers don't even know about bjd.

Okay, this dishonest shop wrote this on one of their contact's wall on FB, while that contact ask for cheaper price for the "Hatsune Miku Dollfie". I translate it from Bahasa Indonesia to English, since they wrote in Bahasa Indonesia.

I do think this online shop steals all images & writings from "Doll'sSinging" [jeeryama].

We spoke with AE this morning, they said that this person is not an official dealer, they do not have any official dealers in South East Asia.

If this person is selling a 2nd hand doll that is fine, but it is not ok for her to tell people that she is an agent for Asleep Eidolon as it is not true. If she is selling a lot of AE dolls, and claiming they are new, then I would worry about them being re-casts. There is no way to know if they are legitimate dolls because she is not an authorized dealer.

Jim Chan asked me again whether this shop has their sales page or such but I said to him that No. If you want to put any comment or such, you have to add it. I suggested him and AE to report the shop to FB like other companies.

Think most Indonesian people have DA. So I guess, we can start to write some warning about this facebook store in our DA there.
Seems like she's targeting bjd-gullible people (So, yes...not just newbie but really-really a zero knowledge about BJD. Perhaps only heard but never do their search on internet about it...well, I was one of them but thankgoodness I met MoC before her...I might be a victim as well. So that's why I'm very-very concern about this)...

I wish FB can work faster but i guess in the meanwhile, we can't just give up and do nothing. After watching her activities in her facebook, I'm afraid that this person has her ability to sell a fake one. It is just perhaps, she hasn't found a person/company who can make a fake, yet but with her attitude that is money-oriented, I'm afraid she'll find one someday and sell it.

BJD owners in Indonesia are not many. I don't want BJD hobby to be like exclusive or whatsoever, yet, I don't want it to be a 'cheap'-disrespective kind of hobby. I'm a hand-crafter so, yeah, I highly appreciate things like 'handmade'.

If all of the pictures are stolen, she probably doesn't have anything at all, not even recasts, just a scam from beginning to end. As far as I am aware, a FB page can be set up using entirely fictional info. So, they set up a fake FB identity, find and post someone else's photos of expensive items, collect money from innocent dupes, string them along until they've got a bunch of money, then disappear and start all over again.

She set her facebook shop to private after we confronted her, but she didn't removed her friendship with one of our friends. I dunno how stupid is she, but if she tried to make an order of BLACK LUKE there are two possibilities, she tried to run with customer money or she sells fakes or recast.

That's right, we are speaking the truth, and she speaking lies, a dishonest of her... its stated clearly that she copying from jeeryama's shop, and when I see it, she charges a way too much even maybe if I counted near 25%-75% of the item prices... its a way too much.
