Resolved Face up transaction with maiya

    1. I inquired about a face up/color match with maiya on December 2nd 2024 and heard back from them on December 4th that color matching was possible. I shipped my doll head and a pair of heeled feet of the desired resin color to them and it was confirmed that they arrived on December 19th.

      I checked in on February 17th 2024 and maiya replied on March 4th that the color match was done and it was taking longer because the sealant had failed twice.

      I checked in again on April 14th and May 2nd 2024 and have not heard anything back.

      The marketplace thread states a 2-5 week turnaround and it has now been 5 months.
