Aesthetics Face-up on an Elfdoll Dami

      This is my sixth Face-up in total and I can see that I got better since I started doing FUs at the beginning of this year >/////< But it's still far away from perfect. What bothers me the most is that I just can't get the lower lashes right :/ If you have any idea how to do them better please tell me >w<
      Also, please be honest! I really want to get better >/////< Thank you in advance ♥♥​

    2. The lower lashes look good in this photo, actually! I'm also just starting out and I don't know what materials/techniques you're using, but I found using fairly undiluted artist quality watercolors and the sharpest nicest brush I could find made a world of difference when it came to lashes. (I feel like a snob for saying that... but I also know that I tried cheaper brushes and just got frustrated.)

      I love how subtle most of the faceup is and how that contrasts with the brows/eyes. The end result is adorable and reminds me a bit of Disney characters like Snow White and Princess Vanellope from Wreck It Ralph. Nice expression, and nice work!

    3. I think it looks fantastic!!

      As for the lower eyelashes, I think they look totally acceptable. But if you want to try a couple of things, you could try painting them at a slight angle or maybe making them a bit shorter?

    4. Thank you so much!! ♥ I should have mentioned, that I only use pencils to do the face-ups. I just can't work with brushes.. It always looks like a mess if I do so xD But thank you for your kind words ♥

      Thank you >////< I think I like the lenght, it's just that they are always a bit.. blurry? Like, I can't really get a straight line with my pencils. But maybe its just practise ow<

    5. This is only your 6th faceup?! I am astonished, it looks like professional work to me. It is really gorgeous. I have a few Elfdolls, and I have always regretted not having gotten a Dami, I love that sculpt! Sadly, I am pretty sure they are no longer available anymore. Excellent work!

    6. It does look very good and fitting with the sculpt, cant really find anything to criticise. About eyelashes, maybe you should have a tiny space between eyelashes and tearline? But should be hard in this scale
