Resolved Error split Saffron

    1. Hi all.
      I have participated into the split for Lucywen full option, organized by Seffron.
      I my case I participated to buy the wings.

      Actually, I received the wings, but not the connector part which is absolutely neccesary for use the wings with the doll. In a first moment I spoke with Saffron about my situation and she told that she send the conector to the other split partner, because this arrive with the outfit parts and she sent directly all the outfit set because she didn't know that the connector (which looks like a necklace) was a wings component and not an outfit.

      In this moments the connector is with the split partner Etoilebleue, who bought the outfit. Both, me and Seffron, spoke with her explaining the situation and that she must return me the necklace, but actually she doesn't want to return me, worse she pretends to sell me the conector and she painted the piece althought is not hers.

      I only want to take back a piece that is mine and I need it, because is impossible to use the wings without it.

      As we can see in the following links, the necklace is an assembly part of the wings:

    3. Whaaaaaaaaar? I was in touch with both parts who contact me about this. And I just notice this alerte who appears this morning. This is crazy!
      Saffron messaged very kindly two weeks ago about the necklace sent With the outfit and asked if I use it or not. I tell her that I use it and paint it matching the shoes.
      Then she told me that the personn who has bought the wings request it but If I use it, I can keep it as It was part it the outfit set.
      And then next morning, I've got a rude message from Sywen who argue to ask me to send the necklace because she needs it. No "Thank you", no polite words.
      I answer immediatly and TWICE.
      If she needs it (and I could understand that) someone (Sywen or Saffron) will pay the fees (shipping) for it but not me.
      I can understand that she needs this part ansolutely and I have offered to send it as its just a small piece of resin but I really really really don't like this rudeness.
      I have answered to every message from both parts (4 in total) and despite the rudeness of Sywen, offered to send it back if someone pays the fees.
      Will it be necessary to open a dispute for that? Really???

      First of all, I was absolutely educate with you when I explained the situation about the necklace, maybe serious, but not rude.
      Please, understand me, but if Saffron tell me that you don't want to return the piece (because this, Saffron offerd me to return the money of the equivalence for the necklace, or I return her the wings and return me all the money) (in deed, I don't have any problem with Saffron, I know she did her best) and when I write you, you answer me that you offert to SELL me the piece (which I had said is originaly mine) and you would apreciate that I pay the fees (all of this is in the screenshot up in the first post) I would not be very happy about this as you can understand.

      If all of this is a mistake because your english is not as good as you would like, my english neither, I can accept it.
      All of this can be a bad and unfortunated misundertood and I will apreciate you very much the return of the necklce.

      I'm sorry very much to have to resot in this way, but I felt without any other posible solution.

      I hope we can solve all of this perfectly, and I will apreciate your effort.
      Please, look the shiping cost to send the necklace to Spain, CP: 14014, Córdoba (Spain) and tell me the price with tracking number. If it's not expensive, I offer myself to pay it.

      It's clearly a misanderstand: by "sell" I would say that I just dont send the piece on my fees. I could send the resin part for free but I would not pay for the shipping costs.
      I take your previous messages as very agressives because you say that Saffron "try" to contact me and ask the piece like if I was stealing it: she don't tried, she succeeded in contacting me. And clearly write that It was not important and that I could keep the necklace. So I never thoughg this small resin part was so important.
      I always answered to messages even I was very busy during week with my job and kids.
      I will check for shipping costs to Spain as soon as I'm at home.

      I was speaking with Etoilebleue and all the problem is resolved.
      For us this is finished like friends and we don't have any problems now.

    11. @eleniel ; My apologies, I sent my response directly to sywen when I meant to post here. sywen and I have been in constant communication about the issue for the past three weeks. This was my response:

      2. I'm sorry it's come to resolving this through the Problem Transactions forum. :( I thought we were still in the process of working things out since this was the last message I received from you before today:

        sywen and I have been in contact for about 3 weeks. She messaged me upon receiving her part of the split that the wing connector was missing. I didn't understand what it was until she showed me that it was the necklace in the video. I had already shipped all parts of the split, and as she said, since the necklace was packaged with the fullset from Fairyland, I sent it to Etoilebleue (buyer of the fullset outfit).

        I offered to refund the value of the part to sywen, or the full value of the wings if she would prefer to return them; but we tried to work out a different solution since she wants to keep the wings. I messaged Etoilebleue to ask if she would be willing to arrange with sywen to send her the part, but understandably, she did not. It wasn't her mistake that the necklace ended up with her, so I accept responsibility for the issue, and understand why she would not want to be inconvenienced.

        I am still willing to contact Fairyland about the part and purchase it from them if they allow me to.

        Or, I can take responsibility for the cost of Etoilebleue sending the item to sywen, if she's willing to.

        In any case, I'm sorry again for the miscommunication and error, and hope we can work out a solution.




      If the situation has been resolved and sywen and Etoilebleue have come to an agreement, I'm glad, but still offer compensation for the error since I ran the split.
       
    12. Posting here again because I am still being paged, despite the issue being resolved a week ago. If something more is needed from me, please let me know. Etoilebleue and sywen both appear to consider the issue between them resolved without my intervention.
       
    13. This thread will remain active until the situation has been fully resolved. If @Etoilebleue is sending @sywen the adaptor it will remain open until sywen has received the item. They both need to state that the thread has been resolved and how that resolution has been met before this thread will be closed.
      @Saffron as split host it is your duty to make sure everything is resolved, you cannot simply bow out just because two split members seem to have reached a tentative resolution.
       
    14. The adaptator has been sent and received. On my part it's solved.
       
    15. @eleniel; I had no intention of abandoning my responsibility - though it was never clearly stated what that was. sywen and Etoilebleue chose to resolve the issue without me, despite my attempts to take control of the situation. They stated it was resolved within the thread and in private messages to me, so I assumed all was well and done.
       
    16. @eleniel Please let me know what still needs to be done to consider this issue solved. It has been another week, and both participants have voiced satisfaction. Are we waiting for sywen to post again?
