Hello, all! I hope to make my own BJD sometime soon, but I have a problem. I can't understand very well how to do this. >>; I know there are loads of websites with information out there... I'm just kind of an idiot and need a photo tutorial to "get" what I would have to do. Is there any website with a complete photo tutorial (as in, goes to the end of the project; the Noah's doll website only goes to a certain point and stops) in English? If not, is there a complete photo tutorial in *any* language? I've also ordered the Gothic Lolita Bible Extra that someone mentioned had some tutorials, but it hasn't arrived yet. Does anyone know if that has a complete tutorial in it? Thank you guys soooooooooo much! ~*~Tamamushiiro~~
Thanks! Um, I don't know what would you do *after* step 9 though. Also, the translation is a bit muddled, and I don't really understand what exactly is going on with the joints and elastics. That's why I made this thread. ::points::
I would like one of those as well, preferably one about making a doll with super sculpty. I tryed giving it a shot, and then failed miserably
I couldnt fihure out how to make the joints out of clay so i used wooden beades and didnt make a headcap. Now he is extrememly flopsy and wont hold positions and his head and hands and feet are superglued to the purple elastie I used so I cand switch anything around. Its alright, I think pipe cleaner jointed dolls are my only clay calling. I would like to give it a new shot though. Can one of you super crafty people out there show a close up of the ball joints youve made?
