Shipping EMS Tracking - Doesnt update for days? -RESOLVED.

    1. I'm getting annoyed at tracking for my incoming doll and not getting updates for 3 days now! Is this normal for EMS or just that they're lazy and not scanning the package? OR that the package is still in Korea after three days?!

      I expected my doll to arrive in 2/3 days since we're both in Asia, but it's already 5days since he has been shipped. Is EMS usually this slow?[or that I'm impatient?] I've seen that it goes from Korea to the other side of the world in 2/3 days. This is just really frustrating! /end rant.

    2. Awww! I think lately people have been saying EMS tracking isn't being updated as regularly as it usually is. Is it still showing up as being in Korea and not being put on an airplane yet?

    3. When I ordered my dolls and their clothes from Korea to Brunei, the EMS doesn't update their status here since it got shipped. I'm not sure, but I think Brunei doesn't have a tracking system as it reached here.

    4. I've only ever had trouble tracking EMS when my
      items were coming from China......then I had to
      use usps tracking. But other than that I've never
      run into a problem tracking EMS through track-trace.

    5. This really sucks :/ And it shows " Handed over to Air carrier " in INCHEON. So it's not really on the plane? Not sure how they works :B

      Oh! Another Bruneian! *waves* And this is my first time with EMS so I dont know how the tracking works but I had things shipped by DHL, TNT, registered airmail and their shipping updated just fine in Brunei.

      I dont know... it's just really frustrating that it hadnt updated when I wake up anxiously every morning just to check it.

    6. I wouldn't worry, I got a letter a about week later, just like you it was frustrating to check the status and my mail box day and out. I suppose EMS is like this in Brunei, sucks. :(

    8. Oddly enough, I've been noticing this problem with USPS. I'm expecting 2 packages of doll stuff. USPS didn't update the tracking information for 5 days. It literally went from "initial post office" to "my local post office". No in-between. Not sure if it's a scanning issue or software issue or what.

      What site are you using to track your package? I use Track-Trace until it gets to my country. Then I use the local tracking system (generally USPS).

    10. It's officially been a week and a day since he was shipped, and 6days since the tracker updated. And still no doll!!
      Can someone track EM007582464KR and see if there's any luck of getting more info than I am?

    11. It still shows as 'Handed over to Air carrier INCHEON' so I presume it's either still in transit or has now arrived at your country and been handed to whatever trackable delivery service you have. You might want to try looking at whomever handles your local trackable mail.

      (For example if I order from here in the UK and choose EMS, when it gets here I can then track it via Parcelforce - who handle all our trackable overseas parcels when they arrive in Customs.)

      If you have a similar service that handles your registered/trackable parcels then try their tracking service with your number.

      Otherwise I guess it's just a matter of waiting patiently (and blindly) for it to arrive :(

    12. Thank you. That's the last update I got as well and unfortunately we dont have a website for the local post thingy so I'll have to wait for the package blindly. /sighs

    13. Sometimes, it takes a while before the doll is put on a flight. It took mine a day to give me a flight number. Normally, the Korean tracking is pretty good, so it might still be waiting to be put on a flight. D:

    14. I have the same problem! I have a doll incoming and its been more that a week!! for ems!? It always comes in under 4 days T^T
      No tracking updates no nothing, i am so paranoid!

    15. A week and not put on a flight? And it's EMS? I dont believe it D: If it is, that's crazy =w=

      I know, right!! I thought that EMS was like super fast!! And now it's like registered airmail or something, so SLOW!!
      I hope your doll and mine comes home soon! :B
