Elfdoll tiny strapless dress--in progress

I've been working on a couple of patterns for a possible commission and just thought how happy Sephra looks in a pretty dress....a top that shows off her curves and such...

Not sure about the sleeves...when your working this small, things look bulky...so I'm going to have to figure out something...possibly some ribbon or something...not sure...they're not attached yet...



I just love how it curves on her! Her boobage keeps everything from shifting...no matter how you tug, everything just stays in place (can't say I've ever felt that way about something strapless!)


Watch out for the pins, hun!



Makes me think about tops with delicate little straps and flouncy empire hems...

 

Thanks! I think Rosa wants me to make her one without sleeves and maybe a stoal or wrap of somekind...I'll have to post when I get hers done... The sleeves are basically a test to see how they look...

Yeah, my brain has kersploded a couple of times...just gotta pick it up from the floor, dust it off, and screw it back on again...
