Modification Elf ear mod WIP

Aug 21, 2014

    1. Hey~
Recently, I started working on my first ear mod and I would like some critique.
it is still in progress so there are scratches and uneven-ness and whatnot :sweat but before I start cleaning up, I would like some feedbacks on things I might need to change or add! :)

    2. I'm no artist, but your ears look great to me!

    3. aw thank you! <3

    4. After you do your cleaning up they will be really wonderful, they appear symmetrical and the same size. The folds at the pointy tip look good. I'd definitely be happy with them.

    5. They look extremely professional to me, really great proportions and shape. I think you can be very proud indeed.

    6. thank you so much!
it makes me so happy, because in the past I tried TWICE to use epoxy (for eyes) and both times it was an absolute disaster XD

    7. They looks quite nice! Good job on the ears! A little more sanding with some fine sandpaper will really bring out the nice neat curves~

    8. Great work!!! :sweat

    9. I love elf ears and yours look fabulous sahoma. I hope you come back with an updated photo once you have finished the job. I wish I was creative like you

    10. Woah, incredible job! Super precise!

    11. Looks awesome! Was it hard to find a green to match? How do you plan on smoothing out the scratches?

    12. thanks for all the compliments, guys! I don't really have any updates since I've been reeeeeeeally lazy :sweat

maeve kaninchen : super easy. I took the first two shade of green (acrylic) paint I found at the store and mix 'em until I get a colour close enough! but first I put some white to lighten the putty, since it's grey.
for smoothing, I'll just sand! :) starting from grit 800 to 2000.

    13. They look perfect to me, and really suit your Aramis. You did an excellent job! : )

    14. I really really like the angle and smaller size. They look fantastic!
