ebayer celtyrant* non shipping seller.. what to do?

    1. I won an outfit from her Apr-26-06 and paid her emmidiately she said on the thing she'd ship priority mail but I have yet to hear a word from her. I emailed her and asked if my items had been shipped last week and no responce. Should i report to ebay as an item not recieved? She has a few other auctions up right now and I am getting concerned. I actually needed it as soon as possible not that date has come and gone causeing me much frusteration.

    2. Report her as item not received. You only have so many days to report this and if you have tried to contact her and she hasn't responded you should get your money back. If you paid via paypal you can go to their dispute center and file a claim. If she said she would ship by priority mail you have waited more than long enough for your item.

    4. I usually email them one last time stating that if I do not get a tracking number or a box with my goodies in a few days I will open disputes on ebay and paypal. It usually scares them into action. ^_~

    5. Per ebay's rules, you have to wait 10 working days before you can report a bad seller/bidder as bad, then ebay contacts them, you can also get their home address and phone number, and try calling them..

    6. I think it's been over 10 days. 4/26-5/9, right? I think you should report. Sellers have an obligation as much as buyers. Catdancer has given you some excellent info!

    7. I emailed them again saying that if I did not get a reply soon I was going to file. I feel really bad, she also said on the auction she was relisting because of a nonpaying bidder, it strikes me as odd that she would in turn not send me my package. In the shipping info it said priority mail 2-3 days. I really just want the outfit, I REALLLY don't want to have to call her.... X_X *shy*shy*shy*shy*shy*****

    8. I would say it has been 10 days.. you got to the site map and cllick on Item not received, it will ask for password, then the form will open, you'll have to put in the item number, if it hasn't been 10 days it will tell you.
      There is also an area that you can get the persons info, you put in the persons, Id, and it will be emailed to you, but the person in question will also get an email with your info..so they will know something is up..

      I had a problem with Cathie Lees Doll hospital on ebay, and it was over a week after I made payment that they even sent the wig out, I had emailed and emailed, then i got their info and called them...they told me it would go out the next day, but it went out two days later...so it was 14-15 days after auction closing...after i got the wig, I left neutral feed back basically stating she was slow to ship but a nice wig...she gave me neutral in return as retalitory feedback..and as some know on here, I pay fast..lol

      oh well i hope you can get it all worked out...get her number and call...also contact paypal...if she has paypal and ebay {both same company} it might motivate her.

    9. woooooo she just contacted me! Evidently she had to get a button as she discovered is was missing. Oh well she could have just told me that in the first place and saved me the terror u_u Hopefully I will be getting it soon.
