I used the search function, but it seems this resource may not have been discovered yet... http://www.libertyjanepatterns.com/ They offer a variety of patterns (most of them for sale) for American Girls, BFC Ink. (fits SD, some MSD/Yo-SD), Ellowyne Wilde (fits MSD), 21" Karito Kids (larger and slimmer than American Girls) and 14" Hearts for Hearts dolls (can wear Ty Girls outfits, so may fit Yo-SD and some MSD). They also have a section of free patterns for all sizes. They come as PDFs with instructions and tutorials and are easy to make up; and judging from that, the commercial patterns are probably worth their money (I haven´t bought any yet, though). http://www.libertyjanepatterns.com/category/all-patterns/free-sample-guidebook I tried their BFC Ink. T-Shirt, which fits my SD, and American Girl Drawstring Heritage Dress, a cute pillowcase dress which is so variable due to its gathered structure that it also fits my SD. I reduced that pattern by 50% and made some lovely pillowcase dresses for my tinies, too. (I haven´t gotten around to taking pictures yet, though.)
I asked the math teacher in my family to compare the dimensions of my Souldoll msd. 1/4 size Flett to the standard Barbie Doll figure. The msd is 147 percent larger on most measurements except the waist where she is 160 percent larger. So, if you can get Barbie patterns, you should be able to enlarge them on a copier 150 (approx) percent and it should work...if you add a little to the waist. I know you can still get those patterns at JoAnn's. I'm going to try it.
thanks so much for sharing! the Ellowyne patterns should fit my Minifees perfectly I'll be sewing the free t-shirt soon, so I'll hopefully have some pictures to share.
just finished the Ellowyne T-shirt pattern, it fits my Minifee pretty well (I did add 1/4" length to the sleeves)
Thank you for posting this link to Liberty Jane. They now use the name Pixie Faire. http://www.pixiefaire.com/ There are free patterns, but most patterns are about $4 US. They are downloaded, so there's no waiting. They have shoe & boot patterns, plus some free tutorials for props. I'm not affiliated with them in any way. I'm just a long-time customer of their American Girl & BFC Ink patterns. It's a great resource for ideas, too.
Thanks for sharing! I just "bought" the free t-shirt and tank top patterns. I'm wondering if I'll have to make much adjustments for my ResinSoul Fei...
Wow thank you @Saiko I have been after a nice t-shirt pattern for my tinies and I think these will work perfectly
This is amazing can't wait to take a look around the site! It's been a bit hard to find patterns for 70cm doll
This is so useful for me as I now have a chance to make some test clothe and patterns for when my first doll arrives home from dollshe (in 6-7 month so need something to do in the mean time )
