I'm after some spiked hoops (average scale, not oversized hoops. Non-pierced). But I cannot seem to find any. So I'd appreciate if anyone, who recalls seeing any, could point me in their direction! Or know where to look for a potential commission. My last resort would be 3D printing or clay, but I'd like to avoid those (as it'd look more tacky).
What kind of spiked rings and what size are you looking for? Spiky beads on a jump ring or wire could work.
Should have mentioned size, yes. SD sized. And just some generic spiked hoops, like: I was also thinking about if beads could be used. But finding the rings sized spikes, making it look right, I figure could be more trouble than it's worth.
Synthetic Ephemera on Instagram has done several septum rings that look similar (via 3D printing). They might take a commission! https://www.instagram.com/syntheticephemera/ Septum rings (one looks a lot like the example you sent): Mirror on Instagram: "Very limited it will entirely depends on how many make it through the cleaning process. I only do these as print to order these days as they are fiddly and prone to vanishing from their container (seriously, they might be an SCP) These can be painted or left plain and do not require glue or anything else to stay in most noises. You can however, make them extra secure with a small dab of pva.
