Dyeing Dying for cool toned skin tone?

I've got a WS Loongsoul Ying Zhou coming in a few months, and I'm debating dyeing him a very faint base color before blushing him, but most of the dye suggestions I've seen seem to lean towards warmer bases. I know Rit has color formulas on their website, but they don't have descriptions of the colors and color can vary from monitor to monitor. Does anyone have any suggestions for dyes to use to get a cooler, more blue leaning skin tone?

 

Doing a little more research, I think the Rit Dyemore Mist color formula might work if fairly diluted to give a cooler skintone, at least with how it looks on my computer screen. I've heard that their sandstone color is quite yellow, but haven't heard how yellow/ red based their chocolate brown is. Has anyone used the chocolate brown dye before to say how warm/ cool toned it is? or the Mist (or a similar) color formula?
