* When did you order? During her pre-order in July of 2020
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yep! exactly as how she was pictured
* Were you satisfied with the product? Very satisfied
* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional) Positives would definitely be the entire doll herself. I adore her face, resin is very soft and smooth, there are no seems that I can find, and she feels very durable! Some negatives would be that I feel like her faceplate could easily fall off (it hasnt yet cause I'm afraid to touch her too much and ruin her) due to one magnet holding it on.
* Would you buy more from this company? Oh definitely not only are the dolls themselves beautiful, the quality is very high, and their support team is so patient kind and wonderful. They answered all my emails with concerns and questions, very promptly too, within 24 hours.
