Just For Fun Dressed to the Nines!

I'm still a BJD noob... the best outfits my AOD 1/4 crew own are their Outlaw Star cosplays made by Markishka!
My most completed dolls are Melfina, Gene and Harry.
They all still need a little work, but this is them at their best so far!

I did this for a photospread in FDQ about six years ago that re-created artworks (painting--Marquise De Pompadore by Boucher). Irime, my Luts CP Juri '05, wearing a Dollmore dress and Neale wig. The dress really wasn't incredibly expensive, but I added to the embellishments and with all the props and setting, it definitely looks as opulent as can be.

Sadly, Lady Morghayne no longer makes these wonderful wings and outfits--but they were very sought-after when she did, and were SO worth the price. This was definitely a splurge-- Dollstown Seola with Valerie Zeitler faceup and ooak dress by Valerie Zeitler. Her dolls and outfits are pretty pricey these days. Photo taken earlier this year. She was a bit more reasonable as she isn't a One-Off. Her head and outfit were purchased separately, on the secondary market. To the right is a DIM Lalia with faceup by Phantomdolls with ooak Phantomdolls outfit... also purchased head and outfit on the second-hand market. I just fell in love with many non-Asian bjds over the past few years...

The funny thing is, my fanciest clothing set for any of my dolls is...lingerie. ^^; Says a lot about me. It'll take two pictures for me to show this off, because I'm bad at full-shots.

I had my dolls all dressed up for a group shot some time ago. The photo's a bit outdated as I have more dolls now, but they're wearing some of my fanciest doll clothes (I normally just have them dressed up casually).

 

My favorite doll outfit - Atelier Soda's gorgeous recreation of Ciel Phantomhive's ball gown ensemble.

Valentine ( Dollshe Husky ) , is wearing a Dollheart outfit . Tamara ( CP Miyu ) is in a silk dress I made years ago for a wax Hildegard Gunzel doll I made . I've recently altered it to fit my Delf girls . It's nice to be able to use it again , the fabric is lovely

Oooh, lots of pretties posted since I last looked!

I think everyone's dolls are always dressed to the nines at all times--even the gorgeous naked dollies! Watching the wonderful dolly outfits everyone puts their dolls in is half the fun and eye-candy on DoA and elsewhere!

 

This is the fanciest outfit my girl owns, I was pretty happy to have an entire pink and white ensemble for her~ Only thing missing from the picture is her shoes, they are super cute.
