Wanted Dreamy & Hope Misishidoll tailoring

So I was finally able to finish my layaway for Dreamy & Hope and will be getting them within a few weeks.
of course with their size, i would need customer clothing.
I'll include the measurements below.




I was wondering if anyone would or could make me 2 simple hoodies based off these measurements.
There is a League of Legends character named ''Vex'' who just came out and her hoodie is to die for with some minor changes.



I wanted an animal hoodie in black with long sleeves that sag so you can't see her hands with very long droopy ears in the back (not sticking up) with some red and black on it? like all black hoodie and a red patch somewhere on it

And then I wanted another one in white.

I'm definitely not picky, but the concept is Dreamy & Hope are twins, one good one bad, with long sleeves and bunny ears.
The hoodie can be ''fit'' but the sleeves and ears must be droopy and long
