Haru is wonderful
I'd love to see the body

 

Anyone know if Haru will be limited or standard?

 

Both are very pretty but Haru has amazig lips (there I go, falling for lips yet again!)!!!

 

I think she is wonderful!!! I like Ha Eun too. I am not familiar with this company. Anyone have one yet?

^_^ I ordered a Haru Light yesterday, as I couldnt' restrain myself. It was love at first sight, so I'll put up comparison pics/ body pics when I get her!


i ended up not getting the clothes though, since I want her to model my creations.

I was waiting for the fairy of darkness make up buuuut... glad I went with the other one, the dark one is not my style.

These are the first SD girls I've ever taken a serious liking to . . . I can't decide which one I like best though Both Haru fairies have such beautiful face-ups!

Haru's lovely, with a really intelligent, graceful face. I love the slightly partled lips - she looks as if she's just about to speak, in gentle tones.

 

I really was trying to hold off till I saw the Dark make up, but I just couldn't! ^_^;; Besides, she's perfect for being the complement for my grafitto RAAM - poor Eggman is 57 cm, so my current girl, a gorgeous DZ linlan towers over him. Haru, on the other hand..

DollnDoll said these dolls ship pretty fast ( 2 weeks or so?) so I should hopefully have her in mid may. I love that she has both pair of ears too

 

I just saw these dolls today and I must say I've fallen for Haru Light!! I'd love to see pictures once someone gets her!

 

Mine should be shipping in about a week, so hopefully I'll be spamming her hehe. I want to take some comparison pics with my DZ Linlan too.

 

I have been observing a lot of beautiful dolls on this forum and until I saw Haru I was still searching for the perfect incarnation for a character I drew.
I think she has the perfect look, but I would love to have more information about the body too. So maybe I will wait to see yours Uneide As she would be my first doll I would like everything to be perfect... I'm soooooooo looking forward to see one of these girls!!! As far I as searched nobody has one

I got Haru with the default face up, but in the end I didn't get the clothes, just so people know.. heh.

 

I think that I wouldn't take the clothes either because I may take advantage of my mother's skills in sewing (and maybe try to learn... It's never too late)^^ I saw your outfits on your webpage and I think they are just awesome, I'm sure HaRu will look great with your creation!

I truly love HaRu's face. Among all the BJDs I've been seeing she is the one who fits the better the character I imagined, but the joint between the torso and the legs is bugging me.

Aaaahhhh I can't take a decision As she would be my first BJD I don't want to rush things, but I've being searching for months and I still don't know what to do...

So, to give people an idea-... its been three weeks now since I ordered her; 2 weeks was production, it took about a week for face up... and hopefully not that long for her to arrive! squee!

 

^_^ I got notification today that my Haru shipped, so I should hopefully be getting her next week. I'll keep you posted and take pics!

 

I'm waiting for word on if mine's been shipped too.. I purchased one for my birthday, with the Darkness face up and clothing... I'm getting excited... I have three dolls coming within a few weeks of each other... Oh, happy.

 

Arghy she is in my city, where is sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! O_O

They said they were delivering her yesterday... and nothing! TOday I went to look up the tracking and it said ( for pickup at PO with card)... but they didn't leave one! >.< I'm taking the tracking printout in about half hour to see if I can pick her up. waah.

Much fun with Canada post, and dollndoll forgot to include her elf ears, which was one of th emain reasons I got her ARGH!!! Anyhow - arrival pics, naked pics, comparison with my DZ Linlan.


She is... gorgeous, even without her elf ears. They're easy to take in and out, magnetic face place, she poses REALLY well. Her hands and feet are.. eh, pretty basic. The rest is lovely -- but here, judge for yourself!She even has teeny teeth!

 

On the DollnDoll site her mouth seems to be completely closed. Yours, however, looks like her mouth might be open a bit. Is the mouth closed or open? She's just beautiful.

 

She has a partially open mouth.. she even has tiny teeth !

 

Hmm.. don't know off hand, but I'll measure her when I get home. ^_^ In happy news, Dollndoll apologized profusely, and they're sending me her ears ! YAY!

 

Neck is about 8 cm around. If you're making a necklace, something that hangs to her collarbone, about 10 cm.

 

Okay - notes!
The SD kimono I had for her ( made with the measurements of an SD girl, 60 cm)
was huge. So today I tried some of our MSD kimono on her - those fit her well! They could be a little wider and a bit longer (keep in mind our kimono are already pretty long, as they're made for th elong legged DZ kids) but otherwise fit fine.

Our MSD geta don't fit her, and our SD ones are HUGE on her; the intermediate size we've had along forever fits her well though, so yay! I think she might actually end up wearing more MSD sized outfits than SD though.

 

I got the elf ears from DollnDoll finally but -- well, thre grooves are totally different! Has anyone a clue about how to change them, or did they just forget to slice off the extra bumps?? >.<

I have some owner pics a few posts up. She's actually a wonderful poser - just stands! Sitting is more of an issue, she tends to lean back a fair bit.. O_o

Aww I love this elf girl soo much! I can't decide if I like her as dark or as light elf more. I just had the Idea to buy a dark one and after a year or so to give her another "light" face up gg. Like she would be turning into another person haha...

Hi there. I just wanna ask about dreamingdoll girl body height.

In crobidoll site it says that the dreamingdoll girl body height with head is 60 cm, but in dreamingdoll site it says that the height with head is 58 cm. Anyone know which one is right?

And I wonder about the differences between dreamingdolls that are sold in crobidoll and in their own site. Though the body looks the same (except the height, of course), the molds they're selling are completely different. Anyone?

 

I love the new released girl MAMIE. Also wondering about the girl body. Is the body same as the one sold in crobidoll?

I'm gonna buy a Mae for myself. I already love her like that! The company seems reliable, and if their dolls use the same type of resin as LM's, then that's great.

the decision is made, now I only need to save the money which is the not so fun step.
hopefully I'll have enough money to buy her in the next couple months.

and hopefully I'll not be the first person with owner pictures or a review to show, since two months is a long time!. But at least, sooner or later, there will be someone to post comments and pictures of an Elva Mae here on DoA.

Theu have revised the body, that's why there is a slight difference in height between the two bodies.
I have the old body purchased from Crobidoll, and it looks like Luts Senior Delf girl one. It poses really well, it's the most posable body I have and details are cute. Nice hands, small feets compared to the ankles, but it's beautiful. She can wear high heeled shoes with no problems, because there is a joint that keeps the feets in a different angle.
The new body it's more similar to Little Monica in measurements, definitely smaller. I don't have the new body, but I can tell by looking at the pictures.

 

Oh so you noticed that too ^o^ When DD released their new girl body, I thought it looked really similar with LM..... They're smaller in some measurements though, just as you said xDD

I really want to see the new girl body.....

 

Barron did a great job with these new dolls. I was fond of his scuplt since he opened Dreamingdoll, and his dolls are getting more and more beautiful. I would like to see new Elva girls, too! I will upload pictures of the old body as soon as possible.

Keegan is so cute. I've only had her a couple of months, and a lot of that time was moving around.
Anyway. Keegan is alright to pose. But the only other dolls I have to compare her to are both MSDs...
She can stand alright, her arms pose beautifully. But she tends to bow, a lot, when trying to pose her legs. I'm thinking I need to restring her.
