Hi all, On January 26 I ordered a DreamHigh FEILENE from their website. They said things took about six months, but I waited until August 13th to ask for an update, given the pandemic and everything. No response. I sent a second request for an update on Oct 18th, making sure to cc both their news@ and info@ email addresses listed in the contact section of their website. Still no response. There's nothing on their website since 2020 and I'm worried they've just up and vanished :\ Has anyone heard from there or can anyone recommend a better way of getting in touch?
Do they have social media? I'd also look to see if anyone on IG or FB has gotten a doll from them in the past few months by searching the Dreamhigh tag.
There seems to be a messenger system on the webpage have you tried that as well? It's a shame you haven't heard from them yet. Maybe check for a Facebook or Instagram? I hope they get back to you soon, it's not fun not knowing what's going on...
@LonelyArtist I just tried that form on the website! Fingers crossed --- @SaltedPretzel Ahhh... good idea. Thanks for the tip!
I received some pre-ordered clothing from them less than a month ago so they appear to be alive and well.
Hi all, I've sent three more emails to Dream High Studio since this and still have not received my doll, nor any response. Any advice for how to escalate this issue? I'm super bummed.
Did you try sending messages through their Facebook or Instagram? The last time they posted on social media was in December 2021 and February 7th 2022.
I recently sent a message through Facebook and did receive a reply. I had ordered a doll in October and saw on FB that tracking numbers were being sent out for those orders, but I hadn't received one. I did get the doll about a week and a half ago, but it came from Fabric Friends and Dolls even though I ordered directly from Dreamhigh. I think they may send all their US orders to them to distribute.
@phanuel @NineOneThree Ahhh I finally got in contact with them! And now I feel a little silly for not thinking of facebook messenger earlier. Thank you both so much!
I reccommend joining the 'DreamHigh Studio and Friends' group on facebook. Donny (artist of the studio) seems to post there quite frequently. Sorry you had problems getting in contact with them through email. I've never had an issue with them before so it's odd to hear they've not gotten back to you! Hope you get your doll soon!!
@fairyscrolls I did finally, yes! Facebook was the key -- at first they told me to be patient and wait, and then I told them that I'd ordered it in February (or whatever) *of the year before* and they apologized and sent one out right away.
