Out of curiousity: is this a Dz's sister company? Their styles are kinda similar, imo.

I Think I'm going to buy Purple and one of their little foxes... so cute!

 

I want Silence, she is adorable but I will get her without the third arm.
Angelesque is their agent in the UK and she said on her instagram that they are not affiliated with DZ.

 

Angelesque said that the owner of dream valley had worked for DZ and DC in the past. I've ordered Hyaline and Purple with free Loxy. Purple is a birthday present for my sister and I might steal Hyaline's body for another head...We'll have to see when she gets here :3

 

Is there an official US dealer yet? I really like the company so far!

 

I have just ordered a basic Silence and now the wait starts.

I have a blank Clorise with wings on the way! I'm so excited! It seems like her faerie body will pair nearly perfectly with my elf so they'll be the best of friends!

 

You guys I went and did it! My boyfriend kindly let me spend over 300 dollars of our money on a piece of resin and now im waiting for a fullset purple!

 

I'm really seriously considering getting a silence body from angelesque to hopefully hybrid with a Doll Legend Huo He head (If I ever find one for sale without the body lmao) The extra arm is so cute, and considering the quality of the sculpt she's extremely reasonably priced. I NEED

Anyone here know the general wait times for this company?

 

I was told 3-4 months from Angelesque. But we'll have to see since they are so new.

Aaaa! Everything looks so good, I ADORE Thorn's cheeky expression! Actually both of them have adorable expressions, it would be hard to choose! I can't wait until I can see their head sculpts blank.

The new boy body is NICE. The hip joints are awesome. I still think I'm getting the girl body first (because the arm is just too cool) but dayum

 

I am very impatiently waiting for my Silence who I ordered in February and then I think the new boy and the chair are going to have to be added to the collection.

 

I really hope ppl is starting to get their things soon since they started new release.

These dolls intrigue me quite a bit. I actually adore Vine, and his body is gorgeous. Tall, lanky, slender, without being over-the-top. Its definitely a bit of a temptation to order the full-set A; totally loving that outfit.

(I don't think I'm supposed to mention this in this thread, but that Peanut cat is KILLING ME. Those delicate little paws, the one eye... I don't even particularly like cats in general, but that little guy is utterly adorable. )

 

I love the dolls they are releasing. And that chair??? If it was 1/3 I would have bought it immediately!

No news yet, I placed my order on 17 Feb which would have been in the first order that Angelesque placed on 24 Feb. It can't be long now especially with them showing off the new releases.

Been in comunication with Dream Valley about getting Thorn on a B4-03 body (love that extra arm!) and they are happy to do that for for me. My current dilemma is which resin colour. I have too much white resin in my squad so I'm currently debating between normal and pink.
The sample photogragh looks very similar to Dollzone and Doll Chateau's range. I'm just going to pop the photo here for others wanting to know the resin range.

 

Nice that they are open to swapping bodies, i was kind of thinking about asking but now I know;>
I would get the normal one since it fits with whatever concept.

I think it was because I wanted the Thorn set but with a different body maybe why they were willing. They even offered to make a hole for the third arm in the Thorn outfit, which has me as complete putty.

Thats really nice that they offerd to fix the clothes. I have such high hopes for this company. They show good pictures of their dolls naked, And the new male body have pictures posing. Just the naked body. I feel like this is way to uncommon. I would like to know what im buying, not just seeing how they look in set clothes... Go dream valley!

It's always interesting to see an artist branch off from a company and start their own. I hope Dream Valley is able to stay around for a while. I'm really loving Vine, and his whole full set, and that chair!

 

Yes me too. Its very intresting. I wish they brought with them the extra joints and jointed hands of dc, but I guess that might be seen as plagarism, even if they could be the ones who designed them in the first place. Or not, who knows. whatever the case I love the bodies. Im not that big of a fan of vine and thorn. I like parts of them but other things i rly dislike. I dont remember who is who, but the girl mouth i rly dislike. Its to bad casue i rly like the cheek she have. But to me it feels cheap, but mind im extremley picky with my dolls, im not saying the sculptor done it badly. I just get rly upset when one small detail is wrong. The boy I can see myself getting. He has a face that can be very versatile. I would love seeing him as some kind of demon, or something with that wide mouth, it could be so cool. And the chair is soo cool. I have to make my own version of it heavily inspired, casue im in no position the spend that much on a chair;< I dont even have a doll yet;D And Purple would look silly in it anyway.

I wish I had more money to trow in their faces to tell them to keep going, but alas.

Ok so looking at the old female body and Thorns body they are almost exacly the same, but they are different at the hip joints. You can see her naked if you go press on the chair on their homepage. I asume its just an update, but it makes me wonder about ordering the female body. There is no new female body to order, so will you get the old one, or will you get the Thorn body;O

 

I just came across a company similar to Doll Chateau. I can't wait to see more from
them! You can also order some of the dolls from "Alice's Collections".

Does anybody happen to know if this is a sister company to Doll Chateau?

 

I love their aesthetics and will order their Vine Full set in June via angelesque (since I’m in Europe).

Actually, I can’t exactly say if they’re sister companies, but DZ never said anything about a second sister company. (DZ and DC are sister companies)

 

I forgot where I read it but I believe that it is two sculptors who used to work for DC breaking off to make their own company.

 

Ah, I forgot about DZ. Can't wait to see some owner pictures soon I'm really interested in both Doll Chateau and Dream Valley, but I can't order anything yet. There's one thing I need to do first and that is ordering a DC green skin Irma boy hybrid if it's possible to hybrid a Irma head on a boy body.

I see. Well I'm glad to see more companies similar to DC I've been so slow to order anythging from them. Something else in the hobby always got in the way. But I hope to order something from both companies at least before this year is over.

 

Yes, I've also heard that they're former DC sculptors.

I love this sculpt, and after finding out the body is the right size for the Miracledoll 1/6 Jing head... I'm so tempted to get myself one. If the resin matched I think they would look incredible together. I just really hesitate to start buying dolls in a new scale (I've only got tinies <20cm at the moment).

 

That is such a cool sculpt, I totally didn't notice the eyes on top when I first saw it!

 

I love how the body of Vine look, so slender and pretty sculpted. ^^
And the height is really nice too.
I really really am exited to see what kind of dolls that will come in the future for the SD size. But if I was to decide I would want a male body looking like the Vine body in SD size also ^^;

I would love to see his size next to a SD size, since he is like a taller msd... ^^

 

I am pulled to Alison for some odd reason, and the price is not too bad, but I don't have much room left...…..they can always sit on someone's lap......

 

The irma sculpt have a bit slimmer neck than the DC 44cm kid boy body though. But i guess that can be modded. Can't wait to see more releases from DV. Hope we get to see something new soon

I like the Thorn head but I'd love her on the three armed body. Also, I super want that cyclops cat thing T_T

 

They do sell the three arm body separately, so maybe it's possible to just buy the head too?

 

You can, but I meant to qualify for the event. If it worked with any fullset, I'd probably see if I can do something. Right now though I can't. I have too many layaways already. I do plan on getting the body at least sometime in the future. I hope it doesn't get discontinued!

Ugh, I know! Buy this fullset doll for under $300 or spend $500. Not sure how that works out. :P

 

People should order together to qualify for the cat ^^; Maybe that could have been arranged some place in the marketplace like the split section. Some can hold the tread, and then everyone who is going to orderen and would be interested in either helping others to get the cat or want the cat write it in the thread what they want. and then people can find each other that way since its not allowed to talk about this here is think.
Could be an idea or?

And maybe dealers like alice collection is willing to split and send an order to different places if you just pay for the shipping for both places.

 

Wow, the newer MSD boy body is gorgeous. I feel like it's so rare to find a male MSD body like it... I'm just amazed with the gorgeous sculpting

 

Has anyone received their orders yet? I'd love to know the waiting time, especially from those ordering directly and those ordering through Angelesque

 

No sign of her yet, when I placed my order with Angelesque at the end of February it was going to be a 2/3 month wait which is now just over. Legend Doll has a new delivery time listed under the dolls of 4/5 months I don't want to wait that long for a new company to produce, especially as I won't order from them again until I have seen their dolls first hand.
