Lost/Damaged Dream of Doll DOB Libra Face Plate Problem

hi there everyone!

as i said in the DOD review thread, i have a problem, and want to know if anyone else had this problem before and know what i can do.

i ordered a DOB Libra from DOD whit a very specific make up i described.
now some of you will know, that a DOB Libra and the other DOB's came always with a second face plate in tender version, who can be easy changed thanks to magnets. now i ordered two make ups for them and payd 80 dollars for both, but they put the wrong magnets into the tender version face plate, so i can't change the face. the magnets from the face do repulse with the magnets from the head part on the doll. the second head had the magnets other way around, that means i can only change the whole head and not easy the faces.
thats so annoying

i tried to pick the magnets out with a fine knife, but i stopped cause i don't want to break the resin.
it's as good as impossible to get them out to change them.

and i can't order a new, cause they don't sell the heads seperately, and if, i don't think they can do the same make up again.

now had someone the same problem ever with a doll? and what would or had you do?
