yup, i ordered my camine in january, and we used paypal then, if im not mistaken
it should work. =]

 

I bought an outfit and couple of wigs via paypal on their website on January. It work fine then.

 

I think they got a new paypaladress now.
becouse I orderd my doll in december and then I could not use paypal as wel.
after some mails they send me a paypal adress, but now they have a complete new adress.

 

I've ordered a DOD wig using paypal. It took forever to get it, but I can't complain, my doll could be bald...

 

Just wondering, what was the order status after you paid with paypal?

I just ordered a Kirill yesterday (5th April) and paid on the same day. It said "Recieved(pending)" on that day, but the next day it went to "Payment pending"

I am worried that DoD might not get my payment. I emailed the webmaster three times, and no reply yet.

Give them time to respond. They need to check and make sure your PP payment went through. Sometimes the payments take days to clear. Do you have a verified account, or an account with a credit card? If you simply have one with a bank account, your payment may take several days to clear.

Please don't email them again. Three times in one 24 hour period is excessive by anyone's standards, and remember they are on the other side of the world. Sometimes I have waited up to a week for them to respond. So hang tight, okay? Let them respond, give them time, and in the meantime check your Paypal to see if your transfers are instantaneous or if they need a clearing period.

I have a verified paypal account, but it's connected to my debit card. So... I guess it would take a few days to clear?

I hope DoD doesn't mind about the three emails. ><

 

No...it shouldn't. I have the same thing. Mine always clear instantly. Maybe they just need to go into their PayPal and verify that you have it. I do believe (it was well over a month ago now) that they will email you when your status goes out of Payment pending and into Payment received status. You'll see Payment received for a long time, too...I don't think it will change until they ship your order, which you will also get an email for.

They might be short with you (they sometimes get uppity with me and then even MORE uppity when I get uppity back) but just apologize profusely once they contact you and things will probably be hunky-dory.

 

Ah. I came back and found an email from them. My paymen had gone through. ^^;;

Guess I'm really that impatient. XD;;
