Unresolved DOYA post again... help please...

Well... I've contacted her about 10 months ago for a commission: she can buy from Koren shops, etc etc...
I know she had problems etc with her pc, etc etc, but then she turned up again on august/september... I asked her if she had gotten me that thing... she said she couldn't, so either I could get a refound or she would get me the commission that month... I accepted the second solution...
I sent her a mail in november I think, no aswer at all... her site/board now has gone...
What can I do now? I asked her for a refound, since it's impossible that she didn't get me that thing in all these months... I know she's slow with her transactions and all, but I think that 10 months are enough...
How can I get my money back? -_-
Is there a way to reach her??? I'm very sick of this!

EDIT: I sent her a mail again now on her old e-mail... but if you know a way to reach her directly, is greatly appreciated
