Dolpa 28 - December 16, 2012

I'm so screwed! This release was beyond my wildest dreams, and no matter what it takes I will get them both.

 

I want her wand and her outfit SO. MUCH.

But I am so hoping that Volks makes it a merry Christmas for me and gives me SD17 Tsukasa at last.

Someone please fill me in. Who or what is Creamy Mami?

 

Creamy Mami was one of the first magical girl (mahou shoujo) anime shows in Japan, I think it was out in the early 80s.

 

Oh my - I'm afraid I assumed it was something hentai, with that name. Well, one should never assume anything when it comes to translated japanese series names, I should've remembered that. ^^

Wonder what the other DP28 releases will be! I have Christmas-shopping plans, and would love it if Volks wouldn't shoot them to pieces, for a change... but if there are boys... ;; oh please no more SD17s for the year...

It says Super Dollfie, so I am thinking the are just standard SD girls.

 

Well I love the one with the blue hair but I'm way past out of money and I'm guessing the second hand market will not be kind....

 

They are both so cute!!!! I'm looking forward to seeing what else Volks brings us this time around I'm hoping for a SD17 boy.... Idk why but I kinda want to get a boy right now. If now bring on the pretty outfits!!

just a couple of days then we will be able to see what Volks offer in this DP. I've promised myself no more doll this year but the outfits are what I wanna see!!!

 

Per the VS/VIP blog, Creamy Mami will be on the regular SDGr body and Yuu will be on a new SDGr S bust body (probably like the whiteskin one that was just released with Tenshi Una SDGr).

Hmmmm....at first I really thought they might be SDC's, their limbs look so slim. Oh but I may need to keep my eye out for some of those clothes!

There is only the SD's up as of now, but I'm sure the rest will be up sometime soon. I really like Neon and hope to try for him as I was unable to get him the last time. And I really want a few of the outfits to I aslo like Creamy Mami..but unsure if I want her or not. I may wait to see if volks will have a Luna in the next Dolpa's.

Neon/Kanon are so cute, and looking and the prices, I believe they come with acrylic eyes and no outfits or shoes... Just wig like the old YoSD sets. ^^

And what outfits are you asking about? The Tenshi no Sumika outfits aren't out yet... right?

Yep you are right..he's a SDBGou SD-49. I would love to do an FCS and get him. He kind of reminds me of Genji.
I did order Volks News 51..I hope to get it soon. Then I can see everything up close.

I've adored Neon for a while. He's the first Yo I ever really liked but I'm not sure if I'll be able to try for him just because of the timing...
Creamy Mami is adorable too and I think it's neat they are doing a small bust SDGr for Yu!

Creamy Mami strongly reminds me of Volks Charlotte but with a slimmer face. Does anyone else see the resemblance? Yuu is really interesting and adorable. I really like her little twisted smile.

 

I totally was gonna mention it before but forgot She does look similar to Charlotte to me as well!

 

Totally hooked on the new SDGrs, particularly Yuu, going to try for her. She just seems more and more adorable everyday I look at her photos.

 

Being a Creamy Mami fan both Yuu and Mami will find their way home to me no matter what it takes. Also, I need a Kanon this time! This is going to be so expensive....!

 

I'm going to have some difficult choices to make for this dolpa, I really like so many items!

 

Hey, can someone with a knowledge of Japanese tell me if http://www.volks.co.jp/dolpa28/volks2.html/ Yuu Morisawa is limited to purchase AT Dolpa only? I'm getting a vague translation from Google that implies that she is limited to the event only. And it looks like Creamy Mami might be more widely available... But I'm hoping to find out for sure.

Also-I miss the Event Chat thread! I knw it was sort of just filler, but I liked it.

Ah... lost chances... And another one for Kanon! LOL! I'm not trying for either of them. My dream is Yu! But she's only a dream. I've never seen the show, but this doll is so perfect! I love her face and her smile and her outfit!

It's nice that Neon and Kanon are getting a second release I had a feeling they might be re-released soon. They are super popular. And super cute! I would like one someday, but for now I'm good on Yos.

 

I'll be trying for Kanon!!! I had her a while ago and decided to sell her and I've regretted it ever since. I've never seen Creamy Mami (I'm a huge Minky Momo fan though) before but I really like Yu a lot.

 

Oh god. Mami's costume and wand looks so cute. So tempted to get both of them >_<

Yu is about $1200 according to the currency exchange site I use. It'll vary a bit though.

 

Ohh, I had planned not to buy Sd dolls again (too big for the spaces in my house), but when I saw Creamy I fell in love; if she should be more widely available than Yu, may be I have a chance to have her! I'm looking forward to seing them for sale!

This is going to be my first dolpa! so excited! I don't have much money so it's good they aren't releasing any of the dolls that are still on my wishlist, or tempting new ones >_> (but the clothes are kinda nice so may shed some yens after all... sigh)

Yu is breaking my heart! There is no way can even try for her! (Although my consolation prize is about 4 other dolls *cough* so I guess I can't complain too hard!)

I have the feeling Yu may be the more sought after of the Creamy Mami dolls! While Mami is nice Yu has that killer smile!

 

I am really loving some of the outfits in this event. I am not going for any of the dolls this time around but I would love to get a dress or two. The purples are beautiful.

 

So the Creamy Mami dolls are only available to purchase at the Dollpa? I have never attempted to purchase a doll like this before, so I am unaware as to how the process works. I very much want Creamy Mami. I'm a huge magical girl fan and collector and this is like a dream come true!

 

Is it confirmed that the Creamy mami dolls, or just Yuu perhaps, is going to be dolpa only?
I have someone who will try to get them there for me, but It would be nice to know anyway.

Also, the person being my shopping service says the microphone is not included, can anyone confirm this as well?
I also noticed that the item descriptions say something about an order form, is this for the optional hands or do anyone know if it's for something else?
