Wait Times Dollzone Wait Time?

Depending on who you go through, it can take upwards of a year+. USA Dealers will take longer as they will wait for a large bulk to get shipped over to save on shipping.

Say if you went with overseas dealers that are closer to Dollzone such as Alice Collections or Clover-Singing then it may take less time because they order as they go because shipping costs aren't that much.

BUT, Dollzone is notorious for being delayed so even if you did order from the overseas dealers, it can still take up to a year. Even people who order direct, it's been forever for them.

Venus Halo is rather new. Released Mayish or so of 2019. I doubt people have got them or a handful of people. And, if you go through a dealer and not direct, I bet you'll be able to get the doll eventually.

I bought through BJDivas and my wait was a year and 1 month. Wasn't BJDivas fault, just how it goes.

 

Before they did their discontinue sales they were pretty good at delivering by six or seven months. I ordered a KeAi in June of 2018 as a fullset, and got him in December of that year. But then they had the first big announcement of a whole bunch of dolls that were going to be discontinued, and I've heard the speed has slowed down really dramatically.

Kind of glad I got my little guy when I did.

 

Hi~ I believe that the usual waiting time for DollZone is 5~6 months; depending on the bulk of your order. ^^
I ordered my DZ from AC last year and waited for almost 6 months; not too bad.

 

Hi, Dollzone normally takes around 5-7 months to produce a single doll, but it might be longer due to this COVID-19, I think it might talk around 10 months for now, but you can ask them about the production of the doll.

 

I'm waiting for over a year now - I ordered through Angelesque.
But I believe it also depends on a specific doll, they were definitely people, who got their orders quicker.

 

Everyone's experience seems to be different. I've read horror stories of people not getting simple items- like extra hands or feet- and waiting over a year with no results. Sometimes they get their dolls within three months. Personally I've never had to wait longer than seven months, and I've ordered from DC and DZ each three times. Usually through American dealers- this last time I went through Alice's Collection to save on shipping. We will see how long that takes.

 

The last Dollzone order I made through Alice's Collection last year was for one of the bodies they were discontinuing. Just a body with no blushing or anything and it took 6 months. This was before COVID-19.

 

They do run that long easily, but I did get both dolls I ordered in eventually and they were worth the wait.

 

Three out of my four are Dollzone and the wait times are...intense. Mine were typically around 9-11 months. My latest one got even more delayed because of COVID-19 so keep that in mind. I've ordered through Alice Collections twice and BJDivas once, it's slow regardless.

 

I ordered my Ivy back in January amd I got an email a few weeks ago from DDE that they are thinking another 4-6 weeks for me.

 

I’ve been waiting a year now for a full set dollzone order

 

My May order with ACBJD arrived in August. I ordered a blank B68-001 in grey resin, so I only had a four month wait.

 

Oh no! I ordered my dollzone Miyou last month and I'm already impatient

 

Love Dollzone but the wait times are a killer. Hope your wait is shorter than mine!

 

I ordered Ji-Zero on 09/17/20. Order end period was December 11th. I'll update again when I get him.

 

Just to scare everyone... I ordered my little Aba dragon in September 2018. And finally received him about two weeks ago.

Two years and four months.
That's a Dollshe-level wait-time.

 

Whaaaat!? I was waiting 4,5 months.. they explain why they were making him 2 years?

 

Nope... As far as I know, they just kept stalling on making and shipping the little guy to the dealer.

Given how snarky-looking that monster is, I like to think he was just giving them major attitude during the entire process.

I ordered the same body on April in light tan and until now he’s not yet shipped to bjdivas. I dunno what’s holding him up, but I’m being told that it takes 9 - 10 months for special skin. I will send another inquiry once I send my last layaway payment.

 

Read all this because am currently waiting and wanted to add my experience:

I ordered a basic Ming Moon with faceup from Denver Doll at the end of March 2021 and she arrived December 24th for a total of almost 9 months waiting.

Around the same time, I ordered both Youyi and Younai China-exclusive full sets and splurged for body blushing because why not haha. I ordered through bjdivas early April and still waiting. I've read through some threads about Dollzone having long wait times and I know that ordering the exclusives came with its own risks but because of the recent heat on bjdivas I came here looking for some info to ease my worries.

Hope this is helpful to someone and I'll update here when they arrive. Crossing my fingers that it doesn't take a whole nother year but I won't hold my breath T-T
