      =================================================================================

Hello! Saturday I got my Fa, and is very happy! She makes me smile with her angry face inside the happy, yellow flower. This is an tread there we can dicuss whats fit for the limited Fa and Re and everything about them. Show a picor just talk about the posingand so on.

Remember that this topic and tread is not for Do and Mi, cause their are not on topic because of the stubby body. If you have Fa or Re on the stubby body, they are off topic too.

Lets talk about Fa and Re and 12 cm jointed body! Yes, letstalk small (did you said small talk? Yes please).

    3. hi :) I was looking for a thread for all the dollzone "music" fairies but I couldn't find one.. could you change this one for all of them if you like? :P
anyway I have a Re, she's sooo cute but her body is not the best, maybe because I'm used to fairyland poseability or maybe because she has a head too big, I can barely make her stand.. that said, I don't want you to change your mind about getting one, they're very special ^^ I have also another doll that can't even stand but I like too much her tiny face to part with her :P

    4. actually also Do and Mi could be chosen with the 12cm body! so they could be in the thread too :)

I have a Re and she's wearing Kelly/Shelly clothes, she can't wear Kelly shoes though (at least the ones I have). I don't know the eye size either, I think maybe it's 10 but I don't have other 10mm eyes at home :/
here's a comparison picture with pukipuki and realpuki

    6. Some old picspam of Yarrow... A bit smaller than 16 cm, actually, but there's no thread for the smaller-than-BB dolls...

    7. Does anyone know how the new body compares to a Felix small comfort? I am pretty sure it's bigger but I'm dead curious for a comparison for this new baby...

    9. Hi everyone, I am kind of butting in here to ask a question, but before I do, I just wanted to say how adorable Coral and the other one - can't remember his name are! I was so bummed I wasn't able to get them, and was eagerly awaiting owner pics. :D

And now, I was wondering if anyone could help me out. Does anyone that follows this thread have a deer boy? I posted an separate thread asking this, but haven't gotten anything. I am sewing this for someone who isn't getting back to me for whatever reason, and I am really wanted to get it done. If someone could help me out with 2 measurements.

      This is what I need:

Where the collarbones come together in the front down to the bottom of his crotch.

From the top of his shoulder down to his hip.

If anyone could help me out, that would be great. If no one can, then that's okay, and sorry for crashing in on this thread!

    25. I finally received a little Teng this morning, I had planned a head swap with another doll, but he has such a big noggin it won't work...

    26. Yay judging from all the little deers I am in the right forum now! My deer boy hansel and I got terribly lost but we are here now!

Not the best photo of the little guy but his skin really likes to bleach out with my camera.

His antlers are on his friend who is like a big bro to him. I made him some smaller ones to make him seem like a younger deer I think.

    27. Oh, just cute discussion find, I did! I love the deer babies, and I'm finding Deer Girl...but... with human leg and feet!.. Ah, if it were as easy as to find this topic... Lol!

    29. Sorry that I can't help with the wig question. I only have the teeny tiny Iris and she has 3-4 wig on.
Here she is on her fantasy duck ride in the clouds.

    30. deer babies.... T^T
wow...3-4" is so small....i really want to see her in person... :D

    31. Wow! 3-4" is very small --- the wig size of my Brownie, hehe.

Your girl looks like she's enjoying her ride, btw. Love her eyes.

      ----

If anyone happens to know if a 5-6" wig would fit a BB (specifically Krumi) please let me know.

    32. I changed out the hands on Pip, my dollzone Apple, at long last (having ordered them at the same time as him in 2013 luckily - or they'd never match!) They are so cute, and were easy to change! :aheartbea

    33. Your Pip is so cute, elve! I love the surprised look on his face. He makes me want to move DZ Vanilla up on my wishlist. :XD:

    34. thank you PeppermintPocky ^_^ I have felt ambivalent about him for ages - he's been listed on ebay and nobody wanted him, so he stayed, and I changed his eyes a few times, but this surprised expression is typical of babies, and with the baby hands he looks so cute! I think he's staying bald though - Although I had him wearing long red plaits when I first got 'him' so he looked more like a 3yr old child - he is a good scale for a baby for 1/3 dolls, so now he's 'the baby' ^_^

    35. Yay, I finally have an account so I can show off my Ivy! Here she is, blank, with default eyes, and just delivered. She's currently unstrung and being blushed and painted. Quick question: her wings are strung with her arm elastic, correct? I didn't pay as much attention as I should have when I took her apart. ^^;

    36. Your Ivy is adorable Redrosette. I have Iris but no wings so I am sorry to be of no help there. I will love to see her painted!

I am never sure where to post my Iris; here or on the other DZ tiny thread. Good to know where. Thanks.

    37. Oops! Thanks Elve! I really wasn't sure where to post her. To the other thread!

    38. And I come with a photo in the winter atmosphere. Who wants to get snow? ;)

    40. hello everyone! i just got these three little ones home and i wanted to share them :)[IMG]

    41. These are beautiful. I just love how unique or childlike they can be. The flower petals really pop with these ladies. I will be getting a boy soon. What boy would you recommend? I have a tan Ani, and would like a companion for her.

    42. OMG I am so loving these girls of yours, they are all so gorgeous!! :thumbup

    45. Light_wing, your Sophie is so cute! :love

    46. I just added a Dollzone group to my collection a few days ago. Ginger has a DZ faceup; Heather (the DZ Baby size on a Nefer Kane Mystery body) and Thyme have my faceup. And I thought Ginger's dress suited Thyme a lot better than it did this little boy who looks like he's ready for trouble. The chunky 16cm DZ body barely squeezes into a DollinStyle Pukifee outfit.

    47. I don't see a thread specific for DZ's Special Dolls.

Would like to discuss these girls = wigs, clothes, abilities, and most importantly - share pictures!!!

      http://www.doll-zone.com/pro_list.asp?cid0=1&cid1=41

I have Ivy & Iris on preorder and am pondering Anita & Eugenia but I want to be sure about them first; especially how well they pose and stand. I just hate floppy dolls. I hope some owners can come in and share their posing abilities here. Thanks!

    48. I can help a little! This is Amaranthe, my Ivy.

I don't have a huge number of photos at the moment, because I'm still busily making clothes (hence the slightly scrappy outfit here) and awaiting her actual wig, but this is one of her in her temporary state anyway.

Posing-wise, her double joints are amazing - she has a great range of movement. I'm not happy with her stringing at the moment, but she's my first doll and I haven't had the guts to restring her yet, so I don't know what she'd be like after that. Currently she's a little kicky, but nothing too bad, but her wings are very floppy - they won't hold a pose without propping. She can't currently stand alone as her feet are very small and her wings won't stay put, but I'm hoping that when I sort out her wings that might help with standing. I love her torso joint - she slouches really realistically.

She wears a size 3-4 wig, but tends to the smaller end of that range - I've had to alter a couple of them very slightly to get them to stay put. Size 4-5 are far too big. Size 3.5 would probably be about perfect, down to a size 3 if it was stretchy. When I remember I'll take a few pics of her in different wigs.

Mostly I can't get over how tiny and precious she is in person. Her little hands are so cute!

    49. At our last local meetup, I handled a Wendy, which I believe has the same body, and while she was very cute, I thought the body was kind of fiddly. Maybe you could make her less so with glue sueding or wiring, but she just doesn't have much surface area in her little joints to hold a pose with. I still want an Ivy, though.

    50. I love my little Iris so much, and she can hold her arms overhead in variable positions, but I really have to work with her legs to keep them straight and not snap up. I find it tough sometimes to keep fixing her for posing. I tried getting pipe cleaners into her legs, but they are soooo teeny.
Here she is wearing an outfit made for Pukipuki. It fits really well. And her wig is jpop mouse in size 3

    51. Agreed on her legs - the thigh joints allow for a good range of movement, but they do keep getting twisted around. She's my first doll, so I'm afraid I don't have anyone else to compare her to - I kind of assumed all dolls her size were a bit fiddly?

She's still wonderful though - even the fiddlyness (is that even a word?) is totally worth it. I don't regret getting her one bit!

    52. I'm guessing Wendy and Dale discussion should be moved here then? We've been posting in the DZ tiny thread

    53. Since DZ is apparently determined to bring out dolls in every centimeter size there is, we've combined and updated the various DZ tinies discussion threads. This thread will cover 11.5cm to 19.5cm really-tinies, while the other thread will cover 23cm to 29.5 (until such time as DZ starts filling in that 20cm-22cm gap, and then we'll update that thread's title!). So Wendy and Dale can stay where you've been posting them, since they're 23cm.

We've also left the separate thread for the DZ Flower Fairies for the time being.
