1ST POST! Too bad I don't have any new spam for the first page. But I will tomorrow.

So I restrung Adrik and somehow mixed his thigh joints up and didn't notice till he was completely back together and he can't stand but does the splits nicely. I really don't feel like fixing him tonight so I'll do it in the morning so he's chilling with his legs spread really wide, it's hilourous to look at.

edit: Oops, my bad, I lied, I do have spam, I forgot I took crap indoor pics of the new clothes so how about Reino looking snazzy in his new clothes for the first post of the new thread? ((and Adrik lurking on the background like a creeper))

And your wish is my command, though he's going to kill me for posting this. Oh and I forgot to say this capistrono Errol looks good.

 

Pfffftttt, okay, that gave me a good laugh. XD And right back atcha! Reino is so colorful it's almost blinding! In a good way of course. I love those jeans especially.

 

Haaaah...omg, that poor boy. Also, Reino is looking supah snazzy in that top, equine!

I think my last question got lost on the end of the old thread: can the boys wear the girl hands? the hands I want are listed as girl hands but they're too perfect for my planned Aaron lol

Defos - It is thick, and he's sort of blanketed in it, I really like how it looks on him. The side-swept bangs are very nice, the old wig had them and they covered his whole face. o-o; I ended up cutting them, but these are lovely, I'm keeping them.

Capistrono - It is! Thanks! It's a Leeke wig, in chocobrown. I really like this colour, it's a good deep brown colour, but it's not flat, like some synthetic colours can be.

Woot new thread. Wow, we talk a lot. XD

 

not sure frozen, but id assume so. i dont think they would make the wrist joint differently for the male vs female bods.

 

Capistrono and Singull: ahahahah, yeah he spent the night on my floor unde a bandana since I can't dress him like that without fear of ripping the pants. I just woke up so I'm going to eat then fix him and get all three of the mini's ready for a shoot.

Frozen: I beleive so, I could switch Airi and Adrik's hand to see how the looked size wise, of course they'll look funny cause Adrik's tan and Airi's NS-P but it's the size that matters.

The weather here is unseasonably warm and sunny, so I rushed outside for a couple of photographs. Aria wants to join the new thread. He's loving the new wig, and I think it's going to stay. I actually bought it for a YoSD, but it ended up a perfect fit for him!

 

Well that was harder then it needed to be, Adrik didn't want his feet back. but he is back together correctly and then i stole his left hand and put Airi's on him for Frozen.

Ignore the obvious Resin difference.

... has anyone seen the BB hands?? there's one where it's sticking the middle finger up - I so want a set of them in MSD size but I don't think they do them

 

You could boil the hands and reshape them. I've seen people do that before to achieve that particular hand. XD

 

knowing me and my level of accident-proneness probably best to stay away from boiling water ... and power tools ... anything sharp lol

... then again might be a good chance to test out some of those *supposedly* heat proof gloves they have

 

FrozenRose I want those hands for Errol too! They would make for such an entertaining picture. XD

 

maybe we should lobby DZ to make them in MSD size as well - how can I have a punk who can't flip off the authorities lol

worked on Daemon's hands...he's all set for his head to come back. unless I can find the perfect wig in the MP though, i think ill hold off showing him until hes perfect... >D

 

She was annoyed that I put her in such a frilly dress, that and she didn't want to pose right for this picture.

Currently busy with making profile pictures of my dolls and sticking to New Years resolution No. 1 ["post only pretty pictures, no lazy plop the doll somewhere and snap a pic"] so have a Phineas. With his favourite teddy bear [and he says he's 16 /headdesk]

 

britt: haha she was just being a brat and wouldn't pose right and I was racing the setting sun to get the pic so I basically went "fine, look mad, I'm getting this picture."

Capistrono- Aria really wasn't trying to be sexy; he's just too lazy to shrug the sleeve back into place.

Here's another off shoulder picture. He's been sitting at my computer trying to suggest all of the things he would like me to get for him. He says that I don't buy enough things for him.

 

Hey, that's a pretty good resolution. I've been keeping that resolution so far, but mostly because I'm never happy enough with a setup to actually take any photos of Haruhi. xD;;

I went through Plum's things while dressing her, and I don't think she'll be getting anything new for a while. She's got some things she's only worn once, and she's almost got the drawer full. >_>; I did want to buy her a special new year outfit, but I think maybe the boys could use it more instead. Maybe she'll get something especially over-the-top again when I finally get a full-time job.

Lol~ But don't you know that Mo's have NEEDS, Quidam? If you don't buy them enough things, they feel neglected. XD Tanso get's his stuff sewn for him since I can't buy things, but it's the same principle. XD God these guys are so demanding!

 

Hehe, thanks! I wish I could say she wears them more, but they're a little too big for my minis. My 50cm girl inherited them as hers when I found out they fit, thank goodness.
And yes! Mos have NEEDS. O_O They are all sorts of important ones at that.

 

Finally got some Hal spam this morning ... then the weather changed and we had to come in lol

 

Really?! Yoshirou is pretty down to earth. xD I guess he's a typical guy: 1 pair of jeans and tops to last the week are good enough. haha

Thanks everyone - but I now have a bit of a problem ... Hal got a little dirty up in the tree (typical boys) its just a few tiny little smudges on his arm, should I just wipe them with a damp cloth or is this magic eraser teritory lol?

And a bit more Hal spam

 

FrozenRose I typically use nail polish remover to get smudges and marks off my boy and it usually works wonders. Obviously shouldn't be used near his face or it might damage his face-up, but if Errol ever gets dirty it's the first thing I reach for.

 

Why don't you try with water first? It's been a tree, that should easily be removable. ^^

 

thanks guys - most of it had already come off with a tissue so sounds like the last couple will come off pretty easily

i use a magic eraser for everything. nail polish remover seems a but intense for just a little dirt or a smudge, a damp cloth might work fine.

@FrozenRose: Yeah, if it doesn't come off with a light rub from a tissue or napkin, I usually try a little water and then the Magic Eraser. If it's just dirt or dust or something, it'll get my Magic Eraser dirty and then that'd be no good. Glad to hear you got it worked out!

@OkamiKodomo: Your Annie looks so intense!

@Galifrey: Merrick's eyes are intense! They sort of remind me of a dragon. What color are they?

Hi everyone! just curious if anyone has seen all the new things DZ just released? I love the rosemary outfit!

DFS, Merrick's eyes are Eyeco premium soft glass in light green. I am in love with these eyes, gorgeous color in them. I'm going to order some for Eli, my Fei, just have to find the right blue/grey for him

 

OkamiKodomo- Xiu looks so cozy with him! Was she in love or was he just to snugly to resist?

Galifrey- Your boy's eyes are so pretty!

Lina- The new dolls are cute, and so are the clothes. I like Olga's cute school outfit. My girl may want it.

Speaking of new DZ dolls- They have released a dragon sculpt in the tiny size, and of course they already have infant dragon. Is anyone sensing a msd dragon on the horizon? I'm kind of hoping it might be a future project for them.

 

oooh a MSD dragon - I would LOVE that (MSD's my favourite size)

 

Xiu might have a bit of a teen idol crush on him, but it was mostly cuz he's too snugly. XD

Wow, new thread!

I love the way the new body sculpt looks and I'm so glad they made it available separately without having to purchase Anson or Moment. I thought those two were beautiful, but too high-fantasy and fragile to really have a place in my collection. Their BODIES, though, I loved, especially since the main thing that irks me about the double-jointed ones Renton and Ellie have are those square knees. So I just pre-ordered the new style boy body in NS-P for Liang, my poor floating Luke head. The resin match may be a little off since he's older, but it shouldn't be drastic. The shape of the body is really ideal for his character, too! He's supposed to be more slender and elegant than athletic - the other mini bodies are a bit more "sturdy" looking in their physiques.

I could have pushed the order to $300 to get a free head...but an excess head is my current problem, so I decided against that. These adoooorable Hals were certainly tempting me, though... Frozen Rose, your boy is just precious!

 

ugh so impatient for Daemon's head to come back, but looks like i can place a leeke order in the next few weeks, so then i can really start to show him off...demanding dude that he is.

 

I am going to be MIA for a while guys. I put my laptop in the shop the other day, and not two hours later my apartment building caught fire, so I don't have anywhere to live. I did get my four dolls out and my floating head, and my mum and I are all right, but I won't be online much.
