I ordered two heads from Doll Stories a while ago. One was delivered and one was delayed. I decided that I no longer wanted the second head and Glenna of Doll Stories gave me a full refund plus interest. The problem with communication was a faulty email address, but since that was corrected, communication has been great. I am happy to say that I'm now very satisfied with my transaction with Doll Stories and I would buy her products again.

* How long did it take to ship? It took a long time, but Glenna was always ready to send me a refund in case I didn't want to wait anymore, but for me wasn't a problem and the wait totally worths!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, even more awesome
* Were you satisfied with the product? Of course!

* When did you order? um....when she started sculpting it, 2005? I actually got the very first head

* How easy was it to pay? Very, paid face to face
* How long did it take to ship ? I actually picked her up in person
