Wait Times DollsheCraft:Radio Silence

Hello Everyone,

I just want to raise awareness about Dollshecraft and how they have cut off all communications with their vendor partners (Divas ect) and customers that have ordered directly from them. If you have a pending order and you used PayPal, I highly suggested if you're a US based customer that you open a dispute while you can. As you can see on the forum there are numerous waiting rooms. Some of us have been waiting since 2019 for our orders.

We're getting together and trying to see of we can put pressure on PayPal and/or Dollshe to give us refunds or the dolls. If you too are also waiting please join us here on discord: Join the Dollshecraft Discord Server!

We're stronger together and this is to much money for them to get away with it!

 

1. Update: I called PayPal today and let them know that Dollshe Craft isn't sending their pre order items as they promised. If anyone else is past their 180 days to open up a claim/dispute the regular way. Please email PayPal below. Be sure to mention that you're past the 180 days and that you're requesting a refund for the items they never sent. You also would like their account to be restricted, that way no one else will be effected. Be sure to include your transaction IDs and any conversations. Attach as much evidence as you can. Hopefully PayPal will start to issue refunds when they see how much of an issue it is.

I would expect issues to start as they are letting Dolkshe use their PayPal account. They do cast for them but I'm not sure anyone has gotten their dolls recently.

 

Update: Dollshe is now using Dollstowns paypal account to sell outstanding orders as "in stock" order. Instead of sending them to the customers that already paid and are waiting. Please look at the list and if you think you see your order email Dollshe and copy Dollstown requesting they ship it to you.
