Payment Dollshe

As to my experience you won't get an e-mail to pay your order. I always paid manually through paypal to their paypal address on their website. Be sure to leave them the ordernumber and account name, so they can see who paid what. Also post on their customer board, that you made a payment for Order Nr. (whatever your number is). So it will all be fine :3.

 

So I was right in the middle of placing my order for a Dollshe Grant this morning and had to step away from my computer for a few minutes to take a phone call. When I came back to finish my order.......it seems the Dollshe website is down? I've been trying now for almost 4 hours to access it and I keep getting an error message "
Error establishing a database connection" Does anyone know what is happening?

 

I am having issues as well. The option to make partial layaway payments wasn't listed on their site for check out through PayPal. I divided my total by four and sent my first payment directly to [email protected] through PayPal in a separate transaction. I never paid directly through the Dollshe website and never got an order number. I did however receive a PayPal transaction ID number. I emailed asking whether they had received my payment and are able to confirm my order. I received a response saying that they can confirm that my payment was received but they could not confirm the order. They said that I had to check out. . . which I wasn't able to check out due to placing a partial installment payment. I've sent a couple of other messages with screenshots of my shopping cart and all the details. Their website is saying: 502 Bad Gateway nginx. I've also sent an email with my concerns to [email protected].

 

DollShe confirms my orders via email shortly after placing an order. They may be taking a break. I sent a payment on Thursday and never received an email to confirm my payment.

 

I just ordered DollShe's Diana - I haven't gotten anything from DollShe yet, but it is the weekend. I do have a confirmation from Paypal.

 

I love Dollshes bjds! Pose very nice, beautiful detaljs. Fantastic artistic sculpts. Quality on resin is fine. Skincolor is good to faceups. Dollshes bjds is my graildolls. I ordered five bjds from Dollshe.

And btw, an advise, be respectful and polite when you have mejlcontact. This is not China or Usa, its SouthKorea. Very big diffrens in how you talk to each other.
If you are unpleasant, you may wait for years on your payed doll.
