I love your little creepy Pipi!! I just recently made a ghost out of a Lishe sleeping plate. You can see more of her at my flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/dancingbeedolls/sets/72157623168049392/ I also use my sleeping Ante plate that I gave a face up to as my "gothic" model. Probably not exactly what you were looking for.....I don't think there are too many scary Littlefee, or if there are people don't post them very much....maybe they don't want to upset anyone by taking a cute something and making it a scary something....which I love. Please post pictures in the Littlefee thread and/or gallery when you have your little one finished. I would love to see him.
I was experimenting with camera angles as well as ways of showing the back story where Dance had various reptilian parts grow out. I didn't expect it to end up looking New Orleans-style spooky. The tail growing so fast was painful and uncomfortable, and he needed help with it. Not In A Good Mood. With his fangs, this can be unsafe. Let's get him to calm down, please... PS: No dolls were harmed in the process of getting these shots.
I got Con to do a back bend all by myself. Ah if only I had stairs so I could terrify my little sister by making him crawl down them... Con: "You live but to serve me."
This is what happens, my friends, when you take a dominant doll, put him with his submissive lover, and have metallic eyes in him o.o I have a love of heterochromia--and this just proves why. (there was much DOES NOT WANT in this photoshoot, but I assure you all, it was consentual)
a picture of a floating head in a chair, pointing at you is scary enough as is... but then I decided to go crazy with photoshop
Pic I made of Lynxx a while ago Tried to pose her on a sweet way with my SD but it turned out slightly different xD
Since Crowley here is a demon, as in the devil/fallen kind, he probably really does want your soul. He doesn't want to steal it, though. Temptation is so much more fun, after all...(yeah, he's quite a handful.)
Again, thanks to photoshop one of my dolls looks absolutely evil... I guess Riona didn't like posing in an area surrounded by concrete?
yay from a newbie! here's a bad shot of one of my girls. i don't find her creepy at all - i find her absolutely lovely - but some friends of mine find her alarming. my mom often says that she's got an inquiring eye, and that she'll search a mini-knife to give her to hold. so, here's billie jean, my CH bisou ai yoyo.
I don't think of Lena as anything but ridiculously adorable, and have yet to actually have anyone call her creepy; but the light was crappy in my room when I took some pictures of her the other day so I played around with them a little and I think this one ended up with a bit of a Silent Hill feel to it.
So I was trying to take a photo of Nika being scared and hiding right? Well, he looks more soul hungry than scared.
This is Blake, she likes her food...well...raw really. A bit of a vampiric nature, but she was made that way so its not her fault
My MNM Manabu, DM Eve Alice, Ail Elijah and Dollfactory Bobo kinda looks a bit evil in this picture. They look like little demons. And Manabu it looks like he really thinks he is God or something. My little Dollfactory piggy`s eyes really loos devilish.
spooky jester ^.^;; it's a longshot I suppose... but he does dance in graveyards with skelingtons... if I ever get around to photoing that
Not gory, but a unique mod nonetheless; this my my LTF Lishe Sleeping mod Mariette. I was kinda going on a Venetian-mask/clockwork doll look. The black eyes make her look empty, and a little more spooky than the gold ones. I guess she would look better if she was on a body with matching outfit. ^^; ~~
Mi little Mywn it's not gory but She is unique in the world with her mods that I made *____* This is my little clown and broken robot:
I think this pic is creepy and kinda gorgeous too To me this pic of Sumi looks like she's underwater and um... a little on the dead side. Good thing Dolls don't need to breath underwater huh? (Sumi is an Iplehouse 'I')
Ohmygosh this thread is awesome. And I was expecting y'know... "wide-eyed-little-evil-grins", generic "creepy" doll stuff... But a lot of this is creepy in a very subtle way that makes it even more creepy... Also, a lot of very "Asian Horror Film" type pictures Anyways, here's mine~ PANDA IS GLOWY~
This doll is no longer with me, but my friend Wendy snapped this picture of him some years ago. It's been giving us nightmares ever since. LOL. Guess I never should have made him wear the bunny hat....
The title pretty much sums it up. Have you ever tried to take a sweet, loveable photo of your doll that somehow ended up looking disturbing? Have you ever gone shopping for your doll and found an image that made you squirm even when you knew the photographer's intention was a good one? Your submissions can be photos you've taken of your dolls or pages you've found while doll shopping. As long as it wasn't supposed to be creepy but it was, it belongs here! If the creepiness is not readily seen, feel free to explain. Maybe the story of how you found/took the image explains why it was creepy to you, while others might not think it was so.
Never do this when you are watching scare movies. . . Darby (MNM Grell) on RS MSD body. (Darby is better on a 70cm body)
During a photoshoot, I was aiming for "sadness", but this particular picture of Patch, my Luts Wintery 09 looked more sinister than sad.
