Sculpts Dolls that look like a Doll Chateau Bella?

There is something in Zaoll that puts them on the same shelf for me, although Zaoll's face is a bit longer.

Also Mystic Kids somehow come to mind, maybe Qifeng with a bit of an eye mod? Also a very frowny face.

 

Not quite the same but you might like do dolls dreams sculpts. They have a couple sculpts that fit your description and I think have a similar feel to doll chateau Bella. They have a few pre orders a year for their different collections and most sculpts come back for their rereleases.
I can’t think of any 1/3 scale dolls that look like Bella but a couple 1/4 that might work are Dream Valley Silina, and Doll Zone Nana.
For my stretch pick, there is a 1/3 sculpt from Doll Family A called Yuxiu
Let me know if any of these are what you’re thinking or if you’re looking for something else, I’m sure I can think of a couple more sculpts if these don’t work.

 

I just stumbled upon Delf Jun Ha, who looks really similar to me! The nose is maybe narrower but there is something of the same essence there.
