Dolls Party in Volks USA Website

Yea seriously, I am really curious what's going to be released.

 

I'll give Volks like another week before they really mention anything.

 

I really hope it's not another week ! -so impatient -

More than anything, I just really want to know how an online Dolpa works

 

I am a little surprised there hasn't been ~any~ news at all since the "it's gonna be online" announcement. Oh, Volks, why must you torture us so?

 

This is so unlike Volks.
We are only 20 days before the event and still no updates. They are taking reservations for the Disneyland event and that is up already.

Com'on, I want to know about the LE.... Even just the LE is fine. One Off can wait because, One Off is always the surprise on the date of DP. But LE items, they ought to know what they want to sell by now......

For this much torture, I hope it is Genji!!!

 

Don't say it! We are all hoping it! On the other hand, I kinda like the idea of him being a Japanese-only release. It is nice for a company to make some things "special" for certain fans only.

Now, those yo-sd seven dwarfs... America has a Disneyland too!

 

I don't think Genji will be here but um..............yes I'm surprised there's still no updates. How will people have time to decide whether to obtain their new membership if they release info so late? So only pre-existing members can participate then?

 

I think that's the idea Izam... it ensures that they get a ton of new members.

The only reason I want to know... is cause I need to know how much money to aim for saving up in time... lol. Honestly, money is tight, and I know it's going to be hard for me to choose what to spend it on once they release information... i'd just like time to plan.

Ok, I am hoping and praying for the impossible. But until they give us some info my mind is justing going crazy and making up things

 

I think everyone is going berserk with ideas. Perhaps we get a SD16 Snow White while Japan gets the Yos. =X

 

I hope so. :/ Judging by the lack of information they've given us so far, I'd be really happy if they decided to release a new mold at all. I'd be disappointed if they decided to simply re-release an older mold, but that can't be helped I guess.

I wish they would give us more information though. Like DiSpy was saying, I need to figure out how much money to put aside for the Dolpa alongside everyday expenses. (le sigh)

 

It's worrying me too.
Other than Dolpa, I have Yumemiru Musical Paradise to worry about next month.
That's a lolita event by Angelic Pretty, another wallet murderer.

I'm hoping Volks has new news on the LEs before the weekend is over.

Volks does seem to like releasing SD16 girls for their Volks USA events, don't they? I think they are beautiful additions to the SD family but they don't interest me at all. I say let the Japanese fans have the exclusive, sexy SD16 girls for awhile; I want something cute like Yos!

Hopefully they will release some form of information soon, the suspense is killer. And with so many companies releasing awesome LE's lately I'd love to know if I should save my money for a LE from the online Dolpa or not. >.<

With all of the Yo version of Volks dolls, I get the impression that Volks has less ideas for new sculpts for the time being. I can understand the creation of tanskin versions of the Silver Coin characters, so I'd love to see tanskin or ebony skin version of any of the Silver Coin boys.

I am eager to see the LE for this Dolpa.
I was waiting for the Dolpa list to decide on whether I should order Link or enter the Lottery for the LE. Somehow, I ended up clicking on &#8220;Buy It Now&#8221; button for Isao Nanjou on ebay this morning. I had wanted so very much for my first BJD to come directly from the company. I am not sure if I should buy a second doll or just work on Isao, he is coming to me without his original wig and cloths. If this delay continues, I will have no more money to even attend the dolpa.

I don't have the money to order any dolls for this dolpa, but I'm really hoping they make ir fun and have more than just dolls to buy. I hope there are little online activites, or videos, or something. We're having a meet to all enjoy it together, so I'm hoping there is more to enjoy than just buying things!

Since we're stating wishlists I'd love a sunlight YoSD with elf ears. I've always been wondering do Volks elves hatch out fully grown?

 

I would love to see either a SD16 Boy or SD17 Boy. We have had our share of girls, how about some guys for once! Yukinojo is the only SD16 Boy, think of a tan SD16 boy to go with Ruby!!!!

 

Since I'm spent on dolls for now I'll hope for some cute clothes, especially for SD10 boys. If I did have money for a doll I'd love a cute SD10 sunlight girl to go with the Los Angeles story with Olivia.

 

I loled when I saw this, since I had my Yo-Kun hatch from anegg. She's not an elf thoough. I would love it if Volks comes out with a Yo elf! They have SD and MSD elfs, why not a Yo?

 

Because if they came out with a Yo elf I'd have to get one. That would be incredibly evil. I vote for no Elf yos, ever!

They keep putting up the info and websites for all their other events and this one almost doesnt seem to exist except for that one news release.

Id love to see a new Harajuku Memories girl too.A sunlight loli Jun all in white or a SwD Jun in a blue loli dress would be adorable!!

errr... this Dolpa is like 2 weeks away... is it still going on?

 

It's still on the Volks schedule. They just don't seem to have posted any info.

 

It's probably just Volks being slow like they often are. I've noticed that a lot of that for some events they wait till the week before to put all the info out. Still, I wish they'd at least pit some kind of notice up about it. I'd like to at least know the hours it starts.

 

I think they do it on purpose to build up the anticipation.

Oh, Volks is very good at keeping secrets and building suspense! I'm sure they'll tell us more soon. Volks hasn't disappointed me yet!!!

 

I'm excited to see what they have in store for us. I just wish they would announce some information soon. I'm starting to get really antsy since they've started to make announcements about their December events(although I'm excited about those too )

 

It's hard not to get anxious when they are announcing other events that take place after this one. Heck, I just wanna see the new dolls and clothing. lol
