did anyone get charged yet? My order page hasn't been updated.

I got charged on Friday. (Nov 14)

 

my order has not been updated however I did get charged.

 

i was charged late yesterday. it's going to be hard now waiting for pearl!

 

My order status hasn't changed either. Should it say charged?

 

I was charged yesterday night. (Found out with my online banking.) My order status remains the same. I wonder if I can ask them to ship the wigs to my house instead? I asked them to ship them to my college address, but I won't be here in late Dec...

 

As of today my card is holding the Volks charge amount again, but does not list it as an actual charge yet. So I assume the charge will officially go through today for me.

 

I'm pretty sure I got charged, but I think it may take a day or two for the payment to process and the details to show up in my bank account and the Volks order status page.

 

I was charged last night. They haven't updated my order status though. Not too terribly worried.

 

My friend was charged either a couple of days ago or yesterday.

I know I'm just waiting for wigs but I can't wait to see what I get! >w< Hopefully at least a couple of decent things that I can use for my girl. >:

 

I got charged but I didn't see anything on my order page

 

My bf got charged (used his card, what a lovely fellow~ I'm paying him back of course ASAP like now) but my order page is the same.

 

I was charged, AND the hold is still on. So I effectively have a $2k clump currently in hock on my card. Hopefully the hold falls off soon.

 

I got charged. And I got a shipping notice for my girl!!!

oh.. i thought volks got into the holiday spirit and was shipping early lol.

 

It says there on their website that one-off items will be shipped around the end of November. No news for my grab bag wigs yet..^^

 

I'm hoping they'll ship near the... early end of December XD and I'll have a nice surprise waiting for when I get back to my dorm. (We start EARLY @___@)

Liz is on her way too and is scheduled to arrive on Dec. 1st. I'm getting anxious too! And wow, the shipping sure is slow this time of year with the holidays and all.

Did anybody else not get charged? The amount's been taken off the original hold but it hasn't charged back again after I got my winning notice. I'm a little worried...

Did you get Saetogaeri at all? maybe they will charge again when she ships?

I just checked my order status page for my SD wig grab bag, and the tracking button was there, and it said my wigs will be delivered on the 2nd. I can't wait to see what I get!

 

I also have a tracking on my wig grab bag and it also says the 2nd! What a great turn around for a miserable snowy day!

Mine were shipped too. Is there a wig trade thread up? I have 2 packs of wigs, and I know that I'm going to want to trade for some girly wigs.

 

I'm worried now... I didn't get any Saetogaeri services at all... I thought that they were going to do the final charges starting the 17th... maybe I should contact Volks?

No wig shipping for me just yet, but I trust I will get a notice soon if you folks are. Volks is usually fast with shipping once they get rolling.

I actually didn't get a shipping notice but merely checked the tracking of my order online to see that it had updated with a tracking number. If you haven't already done so, you might want to take a look and hopefully it will have changed for you as well

 

I haven't got my tracking for my wigs yet. hopefully soon.

 

I got my tracking number by checking my status. Wasn't there this morning. ^^

I have a scheduled delivery of December 3rd! (hey how come mine comes a day later)

I may be up for trades depending on what I get! (I ordered an MSD pack, but I do need 1 SD sized wig for a new head I bought)

 

is anyone getting a shipping notice for wigs if they also are getting a BJD. I'm wondering if I will have to wait for Pearl to get my wigs of if the wigs will be shipped separately (soon)? - Barb

 

Did anyone get a shipping notice on the wig packs plus also won a limited wig. Because I haven't got a shipping notice on my wig packs or limited wig. I'm just wondering if there delaying it because of the limited wig?

Hey Nani, I think that is why I haven't gotten a notice yet either. I won the candy curl wig along with the SD wig pack.

 

The limited wigs page says those won't ship until the end of December.
The wig packs are probably shipping now because they used what they already had in the store, while the limited wigs are going to be shipped over to them from Japan.

 

Yeah I won the candy curl wig too as well. ahhhhhh man I have to wait for my wigs. oh well.

 

Oh wow! XD The secon I finished reading your post I got an email from volks saying my two packs shipped! Arrival date is the 2nd, same as everyone else *crosses fingers* Can't wait!

Yay...my wigs are supposed to arrive on the 26th as well and lucky for me, I'll be home that day to receive them!

 

I got my notice, but there's no date of arrival yet. I am just 400 miles north of LA, so I am guessing mine will arrive on the 26th as well, just in time for long weekend wig madness!!! Hopefully... The way my luck has run, they will all be girly wigs....

 

Hmmmm...what are the chances that any of us will randomly get a....tenshi???
