Wow Hewitt looks so cool! I don't need him but I'd love to see more of him! Those Yo's on the other hand... dang they are cute.. and for me that's saying something since I generally don't find Volks yo promo pictures that appealing! I'm glad I'm safe this time... I'm still lamenting the fact that I didn't even notice the Kyoto dolpa until after it happened (souuujiii )

 

I personally find it ridiculous there rereleasing ran, She is already hard enough to sell, sometimes i dont like the bjd hobby one bit.

 

Nooooooooo Hewitt is my favourite MSD but I have absolutely no plans for an MSD boy

Aww I think it's great! As exciting as it is to get new releases, I think it's also cool that so many more people will have the opportunity to purchase Ran now! She was limited only for Korea before I think right? Now there will be plenty more Rans to go around for Ran-fans I'm especially excited cuz I hope I can get her cute curly wig this time ^^.

 

I'm pretty excited that more Rans will be released, since we will all get to see more owner photos of her. I don't like her enough to buy her, but I still like her cute face! And Volks didn't have much difficulty selling her beforehand, so I hope more customers get to own this adorable girl.

I'm not an expert on Volks, but I think it is safe to assume that a mold will definitely be rereleased if it was not originally available to Volks' main market : Japanese Super Dollfie owners.

 

Awww, Hewitt looks so cute and grumpy once again. As for the Yos they kind of remind me of Eddie and Lillie. The little boy Yo looks like he has mini Ryoya hair. For the DDs, I absolutely love Alna.

 

Hewitt! I'm so excited to see him up for re-release yet again. He's one of my favorite sculpts and it'll be nice to see more of his grumpy face around.

The new Yos are really cute, I like the girl's wig.

 

Nimbus, that's exactly what I thought! I thought the Yo's look like Asian versions of Lillie and Eddie.

Also, @MidnightDreamer, that does suck if you're trying to sell a Ran, which I see you are. I do think though that this new Ran might be white skin. If she is that could help your sale - someone might want a NS Ran and a WS Ran.

 

I agree I'm quite excited to see Ran rerelase because I do love th mold and hope to see more owners pictures though I would find an msd sized Ran-like mold more to my shopping tastes.

Unusually, I think this time I prefer the girl Yo, but I realllly like their faces. Don't NEED them, though *phew*.

I agree, it'll be nice to see more Rans around - she's pretty rare, really. And super cute. An MSD-sized version would be insanely cute, AreeElf!

Hewitt's outfit is exactly like one of the previous H.NAOTO they released for SD13 boy isn't it? Kakeru is a cutie. He has the same type wig as Hijikata XD

@Izam- Yep Hewitt's outfit is a smaller version of this one. My F15 is wearing that outfit right now actually.

I like the last sofa better than this one though I must say. Carrier bags look very nice.

Wow! I was not expecting Ran! I'm thrilled to see her though! Just because now she'll be cheaper on the after market! I'm still getting 2 Yos from NY Dolpa so I can't get Ran now but she'll be there in the future!

I'm so glad that Volks is making theses again--and it looks like the design of the carrying cases were improved~

 

What size are these dolls in the photo? MSDs? SDs?


@Alithea - those carrying cases do look really nice! I'm excited about those too. Wonder if they just fit one doll each and what sizes they come in.

 

I think one of those dolls in that photo you're showing is an MSD (the one wearing the blue jacket) so I'm guessing that the taller boy wearing the maroon jacket is an SD boy.

As for the carrying case, I own the gray one that was discontinued for some time. I can definitely fit 1 SD size doll and 1 MSD size doll in there at the same time. I've fit 2 SD sized dolls in there, too but with some strategic positioning. XD

Ran is just...gah... for to die.

 

I'm doomed! Ran is the doll I've been pining for! Now I have to scrape together the money and hope that I get lucky in the lotteries for her.

 

Ran is just so tempting!!! I've wanted her for song long, but I'll have to pass her up this time. I've spent too much towards the NY Dolpa to be able to afford Ran too. Oh well, maybe next time! Good luck to everyone in getting this gorgeous girl!!!

I'm so excited for the Hewitt rerelease, but not so excited about his gothy style. I'm definately going to try and get him though, because I've wanted a Hewitt for ages!

Squeek! Hewittgoth! He looks so awesome in his sooty eyeshadow and couture fancies. I will love seeing if he's displayed with any fancy new Tony one-offs at the show... Hewitt and Tony are never very far apart [coughcough ^^]. I will especially love to see if big brother & little brother appear in matching Naoto Sixh outfits.

Every time they use an Arashi for a model I just want to gobble him up; those SDC boy outfits are so cute, and so wholesome, it makes me wish my Arashi would wear any of 'em. That's one great-looking green striped couch, too. Lots of great-looking stuff this time!

 

Oh god...another H.Naoto outfit. I wish I could get one for my Kurumi, because I can't find *her* original outfit anywhere (not that I had the money for it if I could! XD...... Damn you Volks and your great partnerships.

It's fun that they're doing Maria... I like Umineko, and I think it's great that Volks is going to pick up the series it seems. I *really* wish they'd made Higurashi instead, though.... a Rika doll would make my life. But I suppose if they're doing Umineko, Bernkastel will do just as well. XD

His h.naoto outfit is making me cry - I really can do without the outfit and it is making him a little more expensive than previous MSD by about 13000 yen I just want Hewitt

Thank you Ria_Ria for posting some good close-up pics of all their lovely faces. I'm really loving the adorable little upturned mouths the yo's have (such precious, sweet and innocent faces!), Hewitt's big beautiful gothy eyes, wig and outfit (he's one stylin kid there!) and pretty much everything about Ran and her outfit. She looks to have such a pleasant demeanor Just when you think you are safe, more sweet faces from Volks just beckons your attention!
