Dolls Comforting Dolls~ A Photo Theme Challenge

Daolan fell back on the table for the first time. Scared the crap out of both my friend and I. Hansel tried to help him feel better by giving him a band-aid and helping him get his wig back on. Poor guy felt pretty embarrassed after falling and going bald. :3

 

This was an OLD picture xD But, Yoshirou was upset that Akio wasn't around so Emi (Akio's sister) gave him a gift :3

 

While Tanal is just an all around comfort nobody ever takes his picture when he snuggles up to me (being on a Flexi-body he does it on his own), so all I have is him reassuring my mum's Terri Lee right before I restrung her, and boy was that a nightmare to do.

 

Vienna doesn't like trains all that much, so Ellany offers Vienna a comforting hug... Vienna is unamused.



Eventually though, the little fluffball manages it.




Ellany (purple cutie) belongs to Xi-Feng... and is completely the reason I want my own yo-sd. Hopefully Xi wont mind me posting these.

After my mother passed away in January, I spent a few days by myself on the island of Catalina. I took my resin family with me to the retreat.

Angelo is perhaps the best reflection of me, and as he was my first doll, he's also the one I am closest to. He seemed as bereft as I at our loss.

But Jessica always reaches out to him when times are rough....

The last 2 photos in a photostory I did about Kijika coming home. I'd gotten notice that he was released from Customs and knew it would only be a day or so before he arrived when the idea came to me.




Moswen (the blond) was upset that Kijika wasn't here yet. Their son, Jaiseki, was comforting one of his dads about the fact that his other dad hadn't arrived yet.

 

I'm like...double-posting...the feel I get. But this photo definitely constitutes for comforting...

 

Pardon Adam for being bald, this was from a small photostory I did after he took a very nasty fall (broken fingers, chipped wrist, chipped upper arm, gash in the nose, and broken upper right lip) and Rhiannon found out about it and had to comfort her soulmate ^^
