Their Facebook post said May, but did not list a specific date. I just hope they offer those deer horns separately. They would like quite nice on the Shota lads.

OMG so I have to sift through 46 pages just to find out if Dollpamm sells overseas?! I'm looking to get a doll from there, are they any good? Actually I was looking for reviews on Dollpamm...

 

Huh? [MENTION=37997]Harukaze1[/MENTION] Don't know if they've got any dealers, but they do sell and ship to places other than South Korea, otherwise we wouldn't have any pictures to share. From my understanding, the bodies sacrifice a little posing for aesthetics, but aren't too much more finicky than other, functional>aesthetics bodies. The dolls seem to get shipped out in a month or two (so pretty quick). I don't know about resin quality, since I don't have one yet. As for clothing, the loli-line fit yosd tops and msd bottoms, due to their gigantic hips. Someone who owns one can probably help more, but I've done my research and can give you that quick answer.

 

@Harukaze1, just looking at their website (and all the photos around here) should be enough to show you that they sell overseas, and without any problems at all. It's actually one of the most pleasant transactions I've ever done, honestly, and quick, too! No need to read the whole thread, it's mostly picture sharing and squee.

I see your location is marked as Minnesota; if you've ever attended the doll meet/show and tell at Anime Detour, I've had my DollPamm girl there for the past two years, and will probably keep bringing her along. She's really a fun little doll, and I love taking her out to events like that so people can get a chance to not just see owner photos, but actually see one in person and even get a little hands-on time! She's definitely made a lot of friends at conventions that way.

To be fair, while she has her own posing quirks, I don't find her any fussier overall than any of my other dolls (and unlike my MNF boy, I can get her standing reliably in heels!), just fussy in her own way. Her size is odd, but there's clothes out there that do fit, and I've modified a few patterns to work for her, too. The resin's a very nice, Korean-style resin (smooth with a bit of tooth, rather than glossy/heavily sanded, nice weight for her size, no thin spots, etc). As I recall, she did have slight seams, but most of my dolls have them so I don't always register their presence unless they're particularly bad, so I can't say 100% if that's accurate or not.

Especially because I also have a tiny Razzy/Dani, who'll likewise need a white wig and green eyes, if I want them to both be ghosties at the same time.

Machi is adorable! And her clothes are cute. I love all the color around her, it makes her look like a really fun-loving girl!

I got her a LittleFee dress but it was too short, and so I made her a pants.
I think she have bigger hips and thighs than YoSD but her body is YoSD size?

I love dollpamm! I have a Dollpamm Mochi Floating head, but I still haven't got the time to play with her.
She needs a body too, but maybe soon lol

(I haven't "grown out" of them, but "grown around" them myself; I don't go to as many, but with Detour I'm working on staff now, and with the others I go to it's more to hang out with friends than to go see guests and buy stuff. Each person has their own way of changing, and it's all okay!)

If I still lived up there, I'd certainly bring Razzy to a meet or something for you to meet her, but in lieu of that there's always pictures too. And I've found interesting things that fit these cuties. Yo-sized tops will be loose since they're actually even smaller up there (she's probably closest to my RS slim tinies in size), but can be cute. And I've been failing at finding the seller's Etsy shop, but if you can find clothes for SweetDolls Yo-size, I have a cute waloli dress for that size that fits Razzy perfectly! And this outfit of hers came from a parcel of "random doll clothes" that a local owner here in Omaha had, and offered as one of the trade options when we did one at the local con. Neither of us has any idea what size they actually are or where they came from, but they turned out to fit her wonderfully so I took the dress and cardigan as my half of the trade.

I think I can deal with the tininess, though it'll certainly make her an interesting addition to the group I'm considering her for. (This is assuming I go for it, I'll be sleeping on it for a couple of weeks.) And I'm looking at the normal/"pure" Arubi, myself. Ice Arubi is gorgeous, but I'm not sure she'd fit as well...

 

I need to think about her....what's putting me off is that there isn't a human face.

Also, I am definitely getting a deer girl! What skintone do you think she is? Clearly they are only releasing her in ice and pure, but I wonder what other skintones match; is the ice their normal resin and pure their camel color? Or perhaps white and normal?

I think the pure is a normal skin colour body with animal parts in camel. From what I can tell anyway.
Personally I will be getting a normal skin colour head extra to mod (as I was planning that anyway).

 

[MENTION=39494]littleCookie[/MENTION], I missed your message, but I haven't seen any color change in my Ivi (who's "pingki," aka "NS") since I got her a year ago. I don't keep my dolls in sunlight, of course, but I also don't store them in the dark or hidden away, either; they're out on shelves in my bedroom with ambient light. She's still a nice, if very pale, normal resin color!

And as for Arubi... I might be in the minority, but I LOVE that she has such a non-human face! I have a group of characters in one of my narrative groups who are anthro creatures, and it's tough to find dolls that actually fit that (the only complete one so far is a custom sculpted head). If I'm visualizing Arubi's size right, she'll be similarly sized to the kids/tweens I already have, and could pass as a petite teen in that group, thereby fitting in with the anthro race. Which is why I'm getting more and more tempted to actually order one...

 

I love her non Human face. I am super excited about this doll! I really want the Pure Arubi so I'm gonna hold out for her. My husband likes the Ice Arubi better, but I find her too flushed out, I would almost always prefer the Pure Arubi. I am unsure If I should get her blank or not, as I wanna do my own thing with her but at the same time I want her costume. Gah!

I have to wait at least another 10 days for an order; one of my two jobs pays "the last work day of the calendar month," and the other is a more normal every 2 weeks. Between the two, rent and bills are of course the first priority, but since one of the two jobs usually gives me enough for that, I should have more than enough to snag Arubi next month and start fleshing out that side of the narrative group. (Now I just have to decide if she's a student or a cabin girl!)

 

Did you guys notice that the ice is limited to 20?!? 20 full set and 20 basic. I don't like the blue tone so I'm going with the pure

 

Yeah. I think ice is best. Honestly, I have so many ideas for her.

Ivi head is a little large size to arubi body.
and Arubi is not pingki color and Camel colors.
Pure Arubi skin color is similar to the typical of normal skin color.

This is a new toning the arubi dedicated skin color.

I ordered an Ice arubi the other day. I will just be keeping the body so now I need to find myself a head that would fit on there xD I have my eye on the new Dollzone event doll, Angela. But they won't sell her separately sadly D:
I'm very excited though, this is my first encounter with DollPamm. I've never seen one in real life either D:

 

This is my first Dollpamm doll too and I was pleasantly surprised. I love the way they're dolls look

 

I really like the style of the deer girl, but I don't think she's for me. Besides, I've now been reminded about my cheerfully scarred pirate Manjyu imaginings by looking at the DollPamm website. :P

 

I can't quite pull mine off yet, but one way or another I'll be getting an Arubi while the sleeping head's still an option. The first bit of moneys' put away, and I'm crossing my fingers that I need only one more chunk to put aside... I can't stop thinking about what character she'll be, so I know she needs to derail some other plans and come home!

 

That was a driving force for me. I had to get the sleeping head too.

 

I know what you mean; I wish all of my dolls had sleeping heads!

 

At first I thought, nah sleeping head's are strange...but then I realized they're actually really nice because I can put her to bed with closed eyes lol
