Hello! I love these girls and I'm wondering if anyone has tried fantasy leg parts on them or has any idea what legs would work? I'd love to have a bunny with bunny legs!

ETA: Forgot to mention it's the Loli body I am considering.

I don't have any fantasy legs in the right scale, unfortunately, but if nothing shows up before such time as I finally find them for one of my other dolls, I can always do a comparison and see if they work. It seems like they might, since the hips are roughly MSD-sized.

 

vicemage I think that about the hips as well, though I'm really wanting to keep the Loli thigh (they are so wonderful) and am hoping maybe Soom's little gem bunny legs can work or be modded to. There is also the option of making the fantasy parts to fit, but that would be a long journey for me to do.

I look forward to seeing more of these dolls and what people do with them!

I'm trying to figure out how Camel skin dolls look in person. Can you tell me your experience? Maybe some comparisons with other tanned dolls?
I'm slowly saving to buy an IVI but I'm really undecided on the skin color and the site pics are not really helping me decide 'O'

 

Has anyone tried restringing any of the Dollpamms yet? My BeBe PoYo is strung so tight she's kicky, but the knots are inside her tiny little body and I'm not sure how to get to them, let alone restringing her!!!! MoMo is actually a bit loose but I can deal with that for now, she poses just fine.

 

[MENTION=54971]dorkina[/MENTION], I haven't necessarily "restrung" with new string, but I've fully disassembled and reassembled Razzy, and she's no more difficult than any other doll, except for her tiny little arms. You don't really need access to the knots, just remove hands/feet and the restringing kind of happens on its own from there. If she's truly tight, though (as in, if you pull a joint there's virtually no give to it), stretching the strings might be a bit easier. I haven't done much with it, but there's a lot of instructions for doing it (sitting, curled up and tied in place, etc) to get a little more slack in the strings without having to do a full restring.

It might not be too terribly long, Taskasbears. I can't remember exactly how long it took Razzy to show up, but it was I think roughly two months from order to ship date when I got her, since I ordered her in January and was able to take her to my early spring convention I attend every year, which was early April last year (and I remember I'd had her for a week or two by then, too)!

 

I've decided I'm going for it. I'm getting a Dollpamm Manjyu! I have a little alpaca rancher doll but as much as I adore her character her sculpt is just all wrong. I've loved Manjyu ever since her release so I've decided to reshell and make my rancher a loli girl. It'll take a few months so I hope that Manjyu waits for me. I'm coming for you *poses dramatically like a Shakespearean character*

Lol dramatics aside I love seeing Razzy vicemage. She's too cute. Actually any Dollpamm spam is a real treat.

Edit: Omigosh! just looked at the blog and it looks like there is a new deer girl coming! Whoa!

 

I am curious to know if anyone has info about what is going to be coming in the section called Neo at the Dollpamm store. It seems to indicate a 50 to 60 cm size doll group. I would love to see a shota type boy sculpt in a larger size.
Also, the little deer girl looks very intriguing.

StacheRabbit, I haven't seen any sculpts removed from DollPamm, so I'm sure Manjyu will wait. And it'll be awesome to see another DP girl around, too!

On the Razzy front, I should have a new outfit made just for her tonight (shh, it's her "other" identity ), for the convention I'm hitting up this weekend. Hopefully I can get a quick phone shot before I pack her up to share it with you guys; otherwise, there'll be some at-con photos later! (And I've solved the problem of her ponytail on her wig, too; thank goodness for head magnets! Now I just need to get a couple of smaller magnets to tuck under her bangs, instead of the bigger one I tested with, and she'll stop dropping her wig off all the time.)

 

Gahhh so torn! I keep wanting one of these girls but so worried about posing abilities.
I have a very hard time bonding if a doll doesn't pose the way I want them too. D:
So looking for owner feedback here! Is the dollpamm body (the old one, as I like it better) posable at all or is it a bit mehh?

 

I don't know about "old" vs "new" on my Ivi's body, but I don't have any problems with her as compared to the average doll in what I consider her scale (she counts among my MSDs, even though technically she's a tiny). Her joints can be a little tricky at first, but they all have locking ridges on them that have to be pulled out and adjusted, and then she does fine, though I may suede her tiny little arms a bit.

My MNF is probably my best poser in that group, and the WithDoll after that, and I'd consider the rest to all be very similar, none of them overly challenging at all. Plus, Razzy stands in the heels I ended up with for her without any problems!

(And the outfit I was working on last night is done, it's a good "prototype" for the final version I'll be making later on and I'll be taking pictures after I finish off my breakfast.)

EDIT: Here's the photo, and a little background that I can't remember if I've shared! Razzy (and the other dolls in her group) are all based around a journal RP I was in a while ago, where all characters were existing canon characters taken to a different world, stripped of their memories, and made to do some pretty terrible things to get them back. I played Ed there, who ended up with a sibling-type relationship with Dani Phantom, who went by the name Razzy before she remembered her original one, and adopted it more "permanently" when she went to live in Ed's world after they escaped the terrible amnesia world. Thus, while I call her Razzy all the time, she's going to also be getting all the pieces to look properly like her original self, Dani.

I'm basically considering this a prototype; the seams between the black and white are a little bulky, and she's showing a bit much up top through the white part (which can be a simple adjustment on that angle). When I get back from the convention I'm attending this weekend, I'll work the design into something I can print at Spoonflower, to remove the bulk and improve the design a bit, and eventually have an even better version to share, but for now she's looking as good as she can without the alternate wig and eyes she'll need someday too. (Dolls = money pits....)

 

Therealwalter -- all the other dolls are odd sizes, so I bet the Neo line will be something weird like 48-50cm or something. Even 45cm would be a bigger category for the girls.

I'd like to see some different head sculpts for the shota boys. I find their bodies really fascinating but none of the faces do anything for me, and I already have enough hybrids to worry about.

She is adorable! and her outfit is really cute

 

It really could go either way... I like the sculpting of the torso and legs, but I feel like the fluff on the arms and the claw-like hands make it a bit more were-deer than typical anthro-deer, and I feel that the face is a bit more rodent-like than ruminant-like.

 

I actually really like the fluff on her arms... I haven't decided on the hands, but the fluffiness is adorable to me, and I like that it's not typical (especially since DPs in general aren't exactly "typical") personally.

Hopefully tomorrow I can both find a link to the etsy shop and get a picture, but I discovered some clothing that happens to fit the Loli girls perfectly, and Razzy ended up with a new outfit as a result. That girl is spoiled!

 

I personally love the way the deer girl looks, but I'm a big anthro fan. I also tend to like very unique things, which is what I love about the DollPamms.

About the deer doll in progress...I was super excited, as MoMo was to be my deer antlered girl, but I just do NOT like the face he's sculpting. I mean, I felt that way at first about all the dolls but that changed (obviously), but I am not sure it's going to happen this time... we'll just have to wait and see!

 

Hello! I'm so glad there's a DoA thread for this company! I just discovered them not ten minutes ago, and I've just GOT to learn more. The Loli IVI sculpt has absolutely stolen my heart (and whoops, probably my paycheck as well!).

Just a quick question: Does she wear YoSD dresses well? (Are they short on her or are they a decent dress length?/fit over hips/etc?) I don't like a lot of YoSD sculpts but they always have the cutest clothing!
Also as for posing, they pose decently, right? At least, that's what I've read so far!

Dolly spam is appreciated as well! An IVI will definitely be the next doll I buy (for sure!)

 

Welcome to the DollPamm love, [MENTION=67085]PencilWolf[/MENTION]! Ivi's completely adorable, and I'm not just saying that because I have one.

The fit for Yo dresses definitely varies; I've found that her hips tend to be bigger than a Yo, and her bust is considerably smaller, but I've still stumbled across outfits that, surprisingly, do actually fit her! My most recent find is the Wa-Loli style outfit for SweetDolls' tinies (unfortunately, way too many Etsy sellers include the phrase "sweet dolls" in their listing, so it's been really hard to find her shop and I didn't get a seller name when I bought it), which turns out to be a perfect fit, since the top is a wrap and thus adjustable. (Sleeves and bloomers are both the right size on her.) Plus, she's taller, so longer Yo dresses would likely be a better fit. I ought to also ask MBLilac for permission to upload somewhere the modification to her tights pattern I did to make it fit these girls (minor scaling is pretty much what it took).

And I have no more issue posing my girl than any of my other dolls; she'll even stand in heels for me! (Though this photo is cuter.)

Seems like she's not a terribly strong poser, but I'm sure with some silicon disks she'll be great. Aesthetics trumps posing, anyway, and that body is SO cute! Also, thanks for the clothing suggestions, I'll check them out. Razzy (that's her name, right?) is really adorable!

I don't have any huge problems with her posing as compared to my others, but honestly, other than the LTFs, every doll I have has its quirks and needs to be fussed, sueded, restrung, or otherwise tweaked to be a better poser. For Razzy, I may try wiring her arms, though I'm getting better with the joint locks. Still can't quite get her hands on her hips, but a lot of my dolls have that issue anyway:

I am hoping that for the deer girl we can choose a different head, as I love the body and have been craving a Manju. I really like the added fur details on it.

 

I've actually totally gone gaga over her ;A; Trying to sell what i can to make funds for her. I don't like the head tbh, but I'm afraid no one will want it in a split, so I'm thinking of modding it. Sad since its a limited head and all but...>_<;;;

I actually love her head, though I'm not sure I have a place for her in my collection (and just bought a body I've needed for years so don't really have a budget for her, either). I have a few anthro characters around, though, and I adore that she has a more animal-style face, instead of a human face on a deer body, even though I know that's not for everyone!

 

I have several non-resin anthro dolls, I would really like a few in resin. Mostly I just have kemonomimi ones.

Oh nooo, if Dr. Mes made a anthro bebe, I don't know what I would do. I looove that deer (that body is so gorgeous), but unfortunately I don't think her nose is for me. Tempted to get her, but I would have to mod her, and I don't want to have to do that, especially to a limited.

Also, does anyone know of any owner pictures of Hachi? I haven't found any so far, but I would really like to see more of her. I really wish there was one of her blank and nude on a body, so I could get a better feel for her. (Ah, the problems of setting your heart on a small company: lack of owner pictures.) I'm starting to really waffle between her or Ivi... or even Momo! Way to many cute sculpt options! Help!

My problem is that I tend to be very picky with the sculpt when I get them home (I've got two floating heads I might end up selling to get this dollpamm..), so I'm worried that if I get a Hachi and end up not loving her, she'll be really hard to sell to afford an Ivi, or whatever other sculpt.

**I'd also like to add that Ha-chi is the most difficult doll to photograph of all of my dolls. Her face is sculpted in such a manner that sometimes it looks like half of her face is sliding off.

Ah, thank you, [MENTION=48556]Ha'ri[/MENTION] ! I'm really leaning towards a Hachi, now.. I keep looking at her company photos. I would assume she's a bit hard to photograph, especially because she's got that big forehead (but I've noticed to be the case of a lot of the sculpts). She's really beautiful; I love that rocker look you're going for! What size eyes do you have in her? 14mm?

 

It's not her forehead, it's the apex of her cheeks. I bought the eyes second-hand, I believe they are 14mm. You can barely see a sliver of the sclera if you have them slightly cross. For Ha-chi, you also would want to consider light colors (pastels) or straight black as her eye lids are thick and cast a strong shadow.

She's definitely my favorite, even with her quirks.

For those who still have questions about clothes for Loli:
The dress is Barbie and and her vest is a cut up Dal jacket. She wears normal yo-sized shoes and stockings. She is also wearing yo-sized shorts, but they have elastic at the top and are /very/ snug.
