DollPamm Waiting room!!

I'm waiting on a dollpamm neo Olive

 

I'm waiting on an Icarus with wings. I ordered via Dolk since I've used them before, but this time I might be regretting it. It's been a bit over three months now, and Dolk isn't answering my inquiries about anticipated wait times (since I was thinking about ordering some in-stock items to ship with the doll).

 

Dolk finally answered me... with a 'we haven't heard from them, keep waiting', which was super unhelpful lol. It's been a hot minute since I've bought a doll that wasn't in-stock, so i forgot how hard the wait was. Ah, well, patience. Good to know 3-4 months is about the usual wait time for the factory, though; that helps a lot.

 

Great to see there's a waiting room for DollPamm now, I'm just jumping in to say that I ordered a peach skin human Seravie on August 2nd, so I've got a little while to go still. I'm fine with that though as it has given me time to start gathering clothes and stuff for him. He's probably the first doll I've had who will arrive with clothes ready for him and not have to sit depressingly naked for a few weeks haha

 

From what I've heard and from looking at measurements, apparently he seems to squeeze better into Yosd clothes rather than MSD, so I've been ordering him stuff off of Taobao (through the buying agent Bjd Bhiner, which is super easy to use). In order to be on the safer side, considering his legs are obviously longer than Yosd legs, I've just been buying him Yosd size shorts with an elastic waistband, and looser fitting Yosd tops

 

Same, mine changed to before shipping yesterday too!
I ended up having to pay extra to upgrade to EMS Premium as regular EMS from Korea to my country is suspended right now, which kind of sucked, but I was happy to do it rather than wait months until shipping returned to normal and regular EMS was available, because who knows when that's going to happen haha. Dr.MES told me while I was upgrading shipping methods that the EMS people would come along today or at latest tomorrow to pick up my doll and send him on his way to me, so hopefully the same happens for you

 

Yes mine did too! I got a tracking number and my boy is on the move. Hopefully they both arrive quickly, before Christmas would be nice but I'm not going to get my hopes up haha

 

Oh, that's excellent news! I'm really wishing I hadn't ordered through a dealer now, haha. But I'm hoping this means my Icarus is at least headed to Dolk now!

 

He is, Dolk just messaged me. I'm so excited!

 

Woo that's so exciting! My Seravie has unfortunately hit delays at the Korean airport, so hopefully he arrives soon. It would be awesome to see pictures of your new Icarus if you feel up to it!

 

Seems a few people have received their neos but I still haven't heard anything about mine. Hopefully soon

I am beyond upset. Dolk just contacted me; apparently DollPamm sent them the wrong doll options when they sent out my Seravie, so now he has to be cast all over again. They don't expect to get him done until sometime in February now. I was so looking forward to getting him before the end of the year...

 

I'm so relieved guys! My tracking said 'unsuccessful delivery' since the 14th of December, but Dr.MES had told me they didn't return the package to him, and that we should just wait a couple of weeks. Yesterday, without a single update to tracking since the 14th whatsoever, my Seravie rocked up on my doorstep! He's so cute and I can't wait to send him off for a faceup. I just need to decide on a faceup artist now

 

I finally got the tracking for my dollpamm neo olive with all the extras. Yay!

 

I received my Neo Olive today and she's absolutely stunning. And HUGE! I need to do some wig and clothing shopping for her lol I wish I ordered two neos!! Lol

 

I ordered a Tori last month on the 1st I think it was. Also some rabbit parts and Neo cat ears for another doll.

I'm excited to get a loli finally, I've been eyeing them since they came out.
Only have a bebe Como and some older animal parts from when they cast them all in NS.
I already had the rabbit parts but I need them in white for the character so the old ones are going to whoever.

 

Yeah!! Now if only they would re-release some of the original girls cuz I still kinda want a Manjyu to make a cute devil girl.

Wasn't making much money back then or I would probably have several already.

 

It's now March and I still have no idea where my doll is. I'm so angry! Dolk said it'd be done and shipped to me in February... but now it's March and I've heard nothing. I've been waiting seven months for my doll now and I'm not sure I even want him after all this BS. I'll never order anything from Dolk again, that's for sure... Does anyone think I'd get a better response contacting DollPamm directly? I'm starting to worry I'll never get this doll.

Edit: After I pestered them for more info, they found my doll in their Korea warehouse. Where it's probably been sitting for a month if the January date on the COA they showed me a photo of is any indication. They should be shipping him out any day now. Still frustrated about the whole deal.

 

Some good news and bad news:

Bad news is my dang dogs got ahold of my Como and chewed his lower body up.

Good news is my Tori got here Saturday! And the floating head I wanted to put on a loli body also lines up proportionally, so all I gotta do now is wait for another body event.


Scrounged up some clothes to throw on her, I just love her.

I finally, FINALLY got my Seravie after... almost 8 months? It was beyond frustrating, but the wait is over and I'll be exiting the waiting room. Thanks much to everyone for the help! (especially you, @GarblePlz , you helped me not give up hope!)

 

Posting here to say I'm entering the waiting room for ordering the new Diva (choice color) deer girl! I got lemon antler, mint body, pink fur.

Curious to see how long this will take. I'm in the USA so Customs usually isn't a problem at least. If I'm lucky she'll get here around New Years / January. Their website said usually about 100 business days to create. We shall see! ^0^/

 

Anyone know when the Divas might start being produced? So excited I ordered one!

 

Hey folks just wanted to pop in and say how much I've waited for my Dollpamm muse body to arrive (direct via their website, paid in full). Ordered him beginning of June and he arrived mid-October! So about 4 months, pretty much exactly what the estimate was on their website.

I just saw Dollpamm update pics of Diva parts on their insta story!! There seemed to be heaps!! Getting excited for my girl - have to keep checking what color combo I ordered as I really just wanted them all

 

Oh wow just checked my junk email folder and there was an email saying my Diva has shipped!!! So excited!!

 

I got a shipping notice too for my Diva, which also went into my spam folder!

 

I’m so excited to see all these pastel Divas arrive at their homes! I’m currently watching the tracking for mine like a hawk. She should be arriving in the states by tomorrow. That was fast!

 

I can't wait to see them either @GarblePlz ! I am in Australia so I think mine might take longer but I will 100% take pics and hope others do too. I wonder if any of the painted ones have shipped? Mine is blank

 

Dont feel dumb @GarblePlz - easy to miss! She finally arrived! Will add more pics later but just did a quick open to check she is ok. Will try eyes on later - super impressed with her and love her! I will make a box opening post and link it here soon
