Dollpamm Moe Line

I am very excited about these girls!! Already ordered Mai with her extra face plates.

 

also ordered a Mai, but only with the smiling open mouth faceplate ^^ cant wait to get her

 

I believe that there\s going to be another order period for them some time in the future. IIRC Dollpamm made a comment saying as much as a reply to a question on their Instragram.

They are super suepr cute (especially the smile Mai) but won't really fit in with my doll family so I won't be grabbing one myself. I am, however, looking forward to seeing spam of them when they begin to arrive!

 

I’d love to get one myself as I love anime dolls! Alas, no dolly money. Please everyone who gets them, share your girls!

 

I need a boy version of this body and I left a Q&A under the Sculpture Suggestions section. They are nice enough to answer that a boy version will be released in the future and I hope they will. I just don't want to get my hopes up.

I will patiently wait.

ReRelease - [DOLLPAMM] MOE / NEO / ZOO Series line re-released!

Looks like there's a new ordering period for the Moe girls and mocha skin is included. They're so cute! I'd really like to get one, but I don't think I can.

 

I want one so bad! I just found out they're limited and I'm so sad!!!

 

Hopefully the mocha girls aren’t sold out by my next cheque. I’m completely enamoured by the smiling faceplate/tan resin combo.

 

Has anyone received one from the first preorder yet? I haven't seen any and wanted some owner reviews before I just drop the moolah.

i have one is there anything you want to ask about, i really like mine, but have not had time for a faceup yet , the resin quality seem nice, and the doll is easy to stand and pose with.
sorry for her half dressed state, dont have a full outfit for her yet. and her eyes have not arrived. hope to post more of her later ^^

@shadow_catty your girl is adorable. I can't wait to see what you'll do with her! I do have a couple of questions for you: Is her eye size really 22mm? Her eyes don't seem much bigger than my Crobidoll Marisol and she wears 18mm eyes. Where did you order her eyes from? Also, did she fit a standard 7-8 size wig with no issues?

Also, I caved and bought a mocha smiley Mai. I've never given a face-up to an anime girl before, so this should be fun!

 

@taixonay i use eye size 22mm for her, there is a lot of space in the headcap, the ones in the picture is from volks, they are from another dollfie the lucy maria misora i think her name was. i wonder if she can fit 20 mm may be worth a try
and i dont think she can fit a standard 7-8. the one i use is 8-9 from litch

@ anyone else in the thread: The next preorder should be in 2-3 months, I emailed dollpamm to ask about it and that was the estimate they gave me!

Hello, I was wondering how her height compared to other 1/4th girls (like a minifee or something)? She's quite adorable!

 

@KSTWrites sorry for the late reply, took a picture with a minifee to better show, she is a head taller and her head is much bigger and neck thicker. she are closer to a mine dollife dream in proportions

@shadow_catty Her head is huge! Maybe it's because she's standing next to a Minifee or the angle or something but it looks hilarious. I need one. Thanks for the picture.

 

yeah her head is huge compared to the standard msd, it is sd size , wear a 8-9 wig size^^ she fit better in with mdd or other anime 40 cm dolls i think. but she is super adoable

 

So, I received my smiley Mai back in September, but really didn't have time to do anything with her (still don't lol) but I took her out just to play around with her and see what fit her and what she could do.

She's a solid stander. Even though one of her knees likes to bend randomly, once you put her down on a flat surface, she just stays there. My Mai is in Dollpamm's mocha skin tone, and tbh it's a lot lighter than what I was expecting. Granted, the lighting in my room is more on the yellow side and just terrible overall, but I am still a bit disappointed in the color. It IS lovely, just not quite what I was hoping for.

As @shadow_catty said, her head is too big for 7/8 size wigs. But I've also been having a hard time with my Crobidoll 8/9 sized wigs. They like to slip off her head, despite being worn by Migidolls in the past. I currently have my girl in 18mm Mako eyes. These will be temporary, but I actually like how they look in her (style-wise). I've been so indecisive about picking up a pair of anime style eyes, so it's nice to know that non-anime would still work. Point is, if you haven't gotten eyes yet for your girl, you may be able to get away with some spare 18mm if you have any. But she'd probably look best in 20mm eyes.

Regarding clothes, I would not trust this girl in pants/leggings specifically for slim-minis. This girl has some wide hips and thighs. Pants/leggings for MSD should be ok, especially if they have elastic. As far as tops go, I only have the small bust, but she fit all the tops I put on her.

Currently toying with the name "Toppi" for her. We'll see. Next thing is to plan out how to do her face-up. Never done one on an anime girl before so this will be fun!

I managed to crank out a last minute face-up and OF COURSE I somehow managed to scratch part of it. I'll eventually have to do her face-up again, but that's nothing new for me.

Anyway, here she is. She's just so stinkin' cute. Little miss Toppi:


Managed to find a wig that wouldn't slide off her ginormous head. I wish it was a different color, but the style works, so she'll wear it.

It's a little hard to tell in this picture but Toppi's sad there hasn't been more moe-line girls posted. Anybody else receive their girls?

Also, I'm thinking about asking Dollpamm if they would consider offering the Moe Line girls in the color that Sunset Tirka is. It's such a rich color. I'd LOVE to have an anime girl in that color.

 

Are these girls just really not that popular? I'm struggling to find owner pics which is pretty sad. I've been going back and forth on getting an anime style girl for a while now (Dollfie are super cute but I'm worried about worrying over vinyl staining aha) and I think I've finally decided to get a Hina, she's just got the sweetest face. Anyone have any idea when the next preorder might be?

 

Last one was around december so I assume it might not be until the middle of summer?

The last pre-order ended in December. I'm not sure if anyone has gotten their girls yet. Dollpamm usually takes about 4 months to ship out, so in theory some people should have received their dolls by now, but there might have been some delays with everything that's been going on the past few months.
Last year there was an ordering period from May to June. That may be when Dollpamm opens up pre-orders for the Moe line again. I hope you get Hina! I would really love to see owner pics of her.

 

Ah, I hadn't considered that. I guess I assumed more people would have theirs from the first preorder.
Hopefully it'll be at the same time then, if not I'll just have to wait~ And thanks, me too aha, I've found one Rumi and a few Mai (I adore the faceup you gave your Toppi btw, she's too darn cute) but no Hina :\ I really hope Dr.Mes sculpts some extra faceplates for the other girls at some point too

I think that I found my favorite artist I absolutely adore all of the sculpts, they are so anime like! Hope to order loli when it will come back, as other ones are pretty big for my space possibilities

Put in my order~ I got Hina too, and decided on cheese skin. Conversion rate isn't great at the moment so she turned out more expensive than I thought, but I'm so excited for her~
