* How was the communication? E-mail confirmations on every step. Dr. Mes actually even checked on my shipment and kept in touch about how it's going, he's an incredibly nice person
* How easy was it to pay? Through Paypal, instant and without a problem
* How long did it take to ship? About 8 weeks
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? My doll is casted perfectly - no bubbles or spots, seamlines not noticeable, the sculpt is detailed and very pretty. The packaging is nice and there's also some freebies. I'd say it's worth the price
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes
* Were you satisfied with the product? Very ^^
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? n/a
* Would you order from this company again? If they introduce new scuplts I really like, then for sure
* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Maybe if there were a huge price difference or no longer available sculpt, but dealing with Dollpamm directly is a pleasure

The only communication I had was a request for a certain eye color. It went quite smoothly and they granted my request.

It was an easy and fast payment through Paypal.

She was marked shipped on 10/23/2013

She was definitely worth the price.

The doll looked exactly like the pictures.
