But lately, I have also not had the time to properly sit down and write a proper post, so I apologize for giving a sign of life this late. First of all I would like to adress the shipping of dolls. The past year was rocky, especially the last half of it and the constant delays were very very straining on you (and me). My casting partner worked hard to finish my order, but our communication was sparse which I was not quite used to. Yesterday I've been updated with photos and videos which I will post later today, the photos showing a damage on Lusts head causing the final delay. The issue was fixed and the heads are now being finished. Please don't misunderstand, the casting company has always been wonderful in terms of quality and time management, I like to believe it was a one time hiccup and will not happen again. But what also won't happen again is me selling dolls. In the past year I've learned that it takes a steel nerve and absolutely gold communication skills to get through such situations unaffected, which I don't have. I love doll making, but I am not a business person, and I lost my passion for BJDs due to stress and inability to deal with the situation. Once all dolls have shipped, I will no longer make pre orders and I might sell one or two dolls that were canceled by customers, but then that will be it. Thank you all for all this wonderful time and constant support. I was able to live my dream and figure out it wasn't what I really wanted - a well treasured experience. I'm aware that I wasn't around much since my last update and many customers got anxious regarding their orders. It feels like a few things need to be explained and I want to be as open about the situation as possible. First of all, I am not going to drop this whole thing and run, I understand that my absence felt suspicious, but it wasn't my goal. Just like any other person I have a lot going on in my personal life and especially the past two months were very anxiety-inducing for me. When my caster told me they were fixing a Lust head and then the dolls would be finished, I was certain they would inform me once the process is done. That's what usually happened when I worked with the brother (my first casting partner). They sent me an invoice in February, though, which I requested. But with the whole delays I didn't feel comfortable paying right away, not before I got a go that the production is finished, dolls are packed and ready to go. So I waited for them to inform me about it. But In February, I got a progressing refund demand on PayPal. I of course understand that customers got angry and wanted their money back, it's their right and that's what PayPal protection is for. But when that happened, I lost a large amount of money that was saved up for the casting. I had picked up another work at the time and started saving up to even it out quickly and discreetly, but living expenses happen. I am in an exchange with my caster and am ready to pay and receive your dolls. Yes, I haven't paid for the casting yet because I was never asked for a down payment to begin with. Since I've been working extra shifts, I didn't visit Instagram, and I didn't notice when I got logged out of my account. I can't access it with my email and I have already contacted Instagram, but just in case someone else has gained access to it, please refrain from using any of your personal information in our DMs. I wholeheartedly understand that you are upset and angry about this situation. There is a LOT of things I should have done better and if there were to be a next time, I would. But as I previously said, there won't be another. It was a scary experience and it certainly pushed my limits. I just wanted to apologize and make sure you knew my position. I would never even think about scamming anyone out of their money, but again, I was silent and unreachable for a long time. I was paralyzed with fear of saying something wrong and unfortunately, as I worked to even out the casting costs, days melted together. In the end, I wanted to work it out on my own without concerning anyone and yeah, that obviously did not happen. I meant no malice, it's my own incompetence. Ok, well this is good to hear. Well sort of. Not so good tat she's so stressed, but good that she's still determined to go through with the outstanding orders.
Just popping in to say I was part of the pre-order for Lust in July 2021 that never arrived. Her last communication with me was on 19th July this year (2023), saying: There are news indeed - I'm sorry they didnt reach you sooner. The dolls are now arriving to me and I now can foresee to ship them in the beginning-middle of August. I will get back to you and confirm all details regarding your address before shipping, but I hope those news make the waiting a bit easier I no longer believe she aims to send out any dolls, if she even got them.
I am still hoping that she will keep her word and ship them out. What more can I do, since it has been over 2 years and if she doesn't send the dolls myself and many others will never be able to recover our money. August has not far gone so she could still start shipping soon if she is true to her word.
She replied and gave me a similar email regarding a delay in customs and said beginning to mid-August she would ship but would confirm addresses first. I replied to her email and did mention in previous emails that I was requesting a refund. So I’ll wait and hopefully she stays true to her word
At this point, having heard nothing, I'm assuming I'm out the money. It's really a heartbreaking experience. The only good of it is a lesson learned for me: be more cautious in the future.
I too am still waiting. Was in the preorder from summer 2022. Has someone an email adress from her? I would like to contact her to at least have the feeling of doing something.
Hello everyone. I'm stepping in on this issue, because I have recently wrote to her. She was my aquaintance and I trusted her. So I didn't write to her earlier. I want to ask here if anyone of you, who have opened an online dispute resolution, has gotten their money back. I see her words of excuse and regret, but people say much, what counts is the deeds. No one has received anything since 2021. I live in Germany. I can take actions. So I am interested in knowing how many people were left without products and or money in the end.
I am one of the few from as early as the July 2021 orders of Lust. I already have one Wrath and one Envy that I had no issues with when ordering.
I haven't opened any dispute. I am considering going to my local police to file charges against her. I live in Europe so it should be possible. My bank can track her bank. If you do hear anything from her, please tell. I wouldn't want anything more than to get my boys home (2 full dolls and one extra head) and leave all this behind.
Yes, that's the thing: someone contacted the caster of the dolls, who I believe said that the dolls had been cast and were ready to be sent. So they do exist somewhere, unless the caster decided otherwise ETA: I wanted to add that in July of last year, Greta had said to one of the buyers that the dolls were on their way to Germany but delayed in customs. Whether this was true or not is hard to verify, but I vaguely remember someone asking the caster and them confirming that the dolls had been sent. At least it kind of confirms that they existed at some point somewhere
Fingers crossed for those of you who will be pursuing legal action. It's not a nice situation no matter which way you look at it.
At one point I thought she would at least send out the dolls unstrung, if she did indeed get them. But I'm now doubting she ever received them, so she probably decided at one point to just go awol and hope people would eventually forget
There's a chance they went missing in transit and the casting company didn't want to replace them without additional payment? I'm just speculating here, not trying to condone her lack of communication.
I asked the caster about the dolls and they confirmed they were sent. After that no idea what happened.
It would be so sad if they're just sitting in boxes, unstrung, in her storage somewhere. I'm sure people would be fine with just receiving the dolls as they are
I also have an outstanding order with her from August 2022 - it was an SD-sized Wrath head. I never got to make any dispute since the Paypal protection had long run out. I'd still love to have the head since I was so excited for the SD size ( ._.) (I'm german too btw)
Oh most definitely. That would be so sad. All these dolls in storage with their owners pining for them.

I am still waiting for a complete Lust doll with two heads and faceup. My order is from the first run and I don't think I will ever get it :-( And yes, I'd be happy to get them unassembled and unpainted... Now I am glad that I missed out on the SD head order...
I ordered a tan Wrath and extra Lust head in like 2021. I know I will likely never see it or my money unless the artist decides to do the right 5hing and start shipping out dolls since she said she has them.....but of course after all this time what is the likelihood of that? I poured well over a grand into her pocket for nothing, hoping to get one of my grails. Sadly after being mucked around, screwed over, lied to or treated with contempt by at least half a dozen small artists in the past few years.... every small artist I have purchased from except Svetlana Gomenyuk, I have been absolutely put off ever buying from small artists except her ever again.
Yeah, there's been too many cases of flaky artists lately. It's sad, because I love supporting creative people. It's especially sad when there is no way to get your money back either
I lost over $1500 because I ordered three dolls, I wanted to collect the whole collection, because I adored her dolls that much. She gave me a generous layaway to be able to make payments for them. She probably laughed at my face without me even knowing. All I know is that it's probably in her conscious how many people she screwed over. I was able to get a Wrath in NS secondhand. Still disappointed of the overall outcome of the last preorder. During that time, I reached out to the caster and apparently Greta didn't pay the caster in full and only paid partially as to why there was a delay because he finished the dolls he was just waiting for payment. I messaged her once a month to keep up to date with her since the initial supposed shipping date around August of that year she announced she would start shipping out. It's a darn shame; I can no longer reach her in her email as it notified me that the email no longer exists this was a while ago that I noticed. It's a real shame.
Does the caster still have the completed dolls? Maybe if people can get into contact with him he can still send some out?
I think they were all finally sent to Greta. I also vaguely remember the caster saying they would destroy the dolls because they didn't have space to store them, if she didn't pay. I'm honestly not sure, but in all likelihood they're either gone or stored somewhere indefinitely
But did she ever pick them up? I'm thinking if she was in financial trouble and couldn't pay the customs fee for importing the dolls. I think couriers like DHL destroy undeliverable packages, if neither the sender nor receiver wants the goods. But otherwise, I suppose they're all sitting in her storage somewhere And that is somehow even more frustrating, because then she's just holding on to a lot of valuable dolls and why?
I'm hoping they weren't destroyed. Storage means at some point she could still send them out. Idk. Shreds of hope I guess.
