Dollndoll issues - Anyone have a similar experience?

Did you check your spam folder on your email? I recently placed an order with them and had to look in my spam folder for the confirmation. Other than that I had no problems and I'm using Safari.

 

I've ordered twice from ndoll.com, always small things such as wigs and clothes, and I've had no problem

after finishing the buying process, I always get an email (I use gmail on Safari, on a Mac) with the subject saying "(my name), thank you for ordering"

check you junk mail folder, and see if it's there. I only have good words for ndoll, they ship reaaally fast (though they don't notify you by email, you need to log in and check your status to see you already have ems) and have good quality stuff

 

Hm, I ordered a body from them about two months ago and a head in summer and everything was normal, just slow, but I bought them with paid shipping. I got responses on the Q&A board within a few days. My EMS number showed up as normal in the detailed order status. I guess I was lucky >_<

I am having a similar problem with them. I received confirmation on my order but no tracking number. I tried posting in the Q&A about a tracking number but it does not show up on the list after I post. My order was suppose to ship May 10th. Its now the 12 and my status still says money transfer received instead of order shipped. I tried posting in the Q&A about this too but I had the same problem as I did with posting about a tracking number it won't post.

 

How long ago did you order? It won't say "Order shipped" until they are finished casting your order and have shipped it. It's also possible that they're taking longer than stated to finish casting and shipping out your order.

I haven't had any problems with posting on the website and I'm using Google Chrome. Alas, they have yet to answer my question, but it can't be as bad as other companies where it might take 5 days to have a question answered. -__-

I ordered from them in 2008 (a long time ago, but still). My order was shipped about 1.5 months after ordering, and arrived in about a week. My shipping was free, too. It is sad to hear people having issues with a company like this; I hope everything gets resolved! By my experiences, Dollndoll was a good company to order from.

 

I used their Q & A once, a while back, and they answered quickly.

I am tavking advantage of their Body sale, I'll post my comments about them too.

Update 5/17/10
I sent them an email and they responded the next day. They told me my doll had not been shipped yet due to bad weather they could not complete her face up. They then said she would ship today. Today I received an email saying she had indeed shipped today with clothing as a gift. They gave me an ems number that I can use to track the package with.

I will update again when she arrives.

 

I ordered a diamond Girl body for my Unoa faceplate, I asked about the Limit Doll Body Event on their Q&A and they answered ( On the Q&A Board AND sent 2 emails ) saying that there has been a lot of orders for bodies and they might Limit the sale soon to avoid the problem for production ( Like Custom House had )

I paid via Paypal and I posted on their Q & A that they recieved my payment and on my order status it changed to Payment transfer received, I'll post more info as I get experience purchasing from them o_o

Update 5/20/10
She arrived today! In my opinion very fast shipping. I used my tracking number for EMS and watched as it updated until it said she was in Boston. That was yesterday and now she is here in my home!

She is amazing! I will definitely order from Dollndoll again. I will post pics in the gallery section later.
