Resin Comparison Dollmore Resin (Again)

Hello, all!

Last September I asked about Dollmore resin colors and was informed that their new resin is very pink.

However, a few weeks ago I asked Dollmore about the options for the "normal" color and they said:

"Our old normal skin color is the normal skin mixing with pink color.
Our new normal skin color is the normal skin mixing with yellow color.
You can see their difference at the attached photo. )"

I feel like this is a good step from them and the yellower color is more what I had in mind (although my favorite is the very pale pink-peach color my Mio was cast in).

Has anyone received a Dollmore order in this new yellower color? How is it?

And also, can anyone tell me if it is reasonably close to Fairyland "Normal"?

@RabbidBunnies - Pale sounds good! I don't mind if it doesn't match perfectly - I'm more worried about a dark yellow / dark pink color.

What I'm understanding from Dollmore is that the former "new" color was too pink so now they have this "newer new" option that is more yellow. So I'm wondering if anyone has ordered and received that color yet.

So you think that they've gone back to the "normal" of 2023 due to the extreme pinkness that they ended up on last year? That makes sense to me.

What they told me is that I can choose between the pink and yellow color - the yellow in their photo does look closer to your two guys. I think it is definitely a more natural color than the super pink one!

The Dollmore "Old Normal" in your photo is similar to what my Mio's color is, but she is pinker rather than peachy (but pale).

I agree that it is a bit nerve-wracking trying to figure out what the actual colors are! I guess I will go with the photo they sent and try the more yellow option. I would definitely like to avoid the ham haha. Hopefully it will look okay!
