I ordered a Zaoll Luv, various articles of SD clothing, a doll carrier, some MSD clothes + shoes, and some other small items.

The order was placed on the 22nd of April, and paid for on the 23rd.
* How was the communication?
Communication was wonderful. Dollmore is always so nice when responding to their Q&A.
* How easy was it to pay?
It was simple. They sent me a paypal invoice and that was that
* How long did it take to ship?
Just under two weeks!
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yup! I adore Dollmore's stuff.

Yes.
* Were you satisfied with the product?
I was satisfied with everything but there was a small problem. During shipping my Zaoll's faceplate slipped off and there was a crack.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I contacted Dollmore, and they told me to send the broken faceplate back to them. I did so, and they reimbursed me for shipping to them with points. The day after they received my faceplate, they had sent off a new one. It arrived safe and sound in a lovely little box.

I am a little annoyed that they ignored my wig request (asked for a blond wig, they sent me the red one) and that they ignored part of my custom makeup request (gave a different shade of eye makeup...asked for turqoise...got a smoky greyish black). The eyelashes were poorly glued on.

I am unlikely to order another Dollmore doll although I would like a Narsha eventually. I will not get another faceup from them at all.

Chances are no unless the price was good on clothes.

But the dolls were very much perfect in everyway!

The clothing seems to be of ok quality, but the Art Pose Ring was a total ripoff. I would not recommend anyone buy this from Dollmore. Their price says it's for "one sheet" which did not indicate that it was actually only for one ring. Definitely not worth the price, and a little misleading and very disappointing.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
With the exception noted above, items seem fairly accurate, though the waist hold on the dollstands are rather small for SD13 dolls.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
It's ok.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I have not asked for resolution from the company - I do not expect them to give me more of their silicone rings.

* Would you order from this company again?
Not if I can help it. I only ordered because a friend recommended their stands as a less expensive alternative to the ones I wanted to purchase.

Totally. That was the first time I ordered doll clothes, so I chose the less expensive items. They are really beautiful and well made.

She needs a tiny bit re-stringing and the garterbelts on her underwear broke off after a few hours, but they can be fixed and they're not terrible problems.

I used to email them but response was a little slow at times. I then switched to their Q&A board (since they did mention it was faster than email) and replies were pretty prompt (within 24 hours). Jee used to answer my questions and was really polite about it (even though I kept spamming lots of questions lol). They were also very accomodating about my requests regarding the free gift promotion. Overall I am satisfied with the communication.

* How easy was it to pay?
Easy by paypal. I paid immediately after ordering (didnt wait for them to send me an invoice). Payment was acknowledged by the next day and the items were shipped out within 24 hours! I'm awed by their efficiency!

* How long did it take to ship?
I ordered and made the payment on Wednesday night, and items were shipped out by Thursday evening. I received my local mail notice on Monday (would be earlier if not for the weekends) but no one was at home ~_~ so I had to collect the post from my local post office on Tuesday.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! Prices were very reasonable and the quality was quite good overall! I love their range of clothing too!

Yup, though there was one set of eyes which was a shade darker than I expected based on my comparison on two different monitors but I guess like they mentioned, it really depends on the monitor settings.

Yes, I very happy with them! They even sent me extra gifts (postcard, button pin, snacks) even though I already received 2 extra set of eyes from their promotions!

Most definately! I love the feel of his resin and most importantly he was strung so nicely! Dollmore was even generous enough to dump in quite a number of freebies along the way ^^;

His default face up actually looked slightly darker than the sales pictures but I'm not complaining!

Oh most definately, since they carry alot of clothes that suit my boys.

A yes for shoes, but not really for clothes.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? No, the quality was really bad. Yes the eyes are cheap, but I've seen plenty better acrylics for the same price.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? No, one pair was much more green irl than in the picture (which appeared blue), and any iris patterns shown on the sales pics were nonexistent in the real product. They were also very pixely which was not evident in the sales photos.
* Were you satisfied with the product? No, one eye cracked after a week of normal use. Unacceptable.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I just resold them on the marketplace.
* Would you order from this company again? never eyes. I would probably avoid them in general because it shows a lack of integrity if they knowingly sell a bad product, even something small and inexpensive like that. I don't really trust their other items to be of quality now.

Very much so. Even though they have beautiful LE faceups and clothes, they don't cost any more than buying a regular doll with all the trimmings. The quality is outstanding and they even sanded the seams. On top of that I got free shipping and they were very generous with free gifts. I'd say Dollmore sets a new standard for value for your money!

The sales pictures don't do them justice! There was one difference: the girl's wig and hair decoration was different than the ones pictured, but they look great and I don't have any complaints.

Pretty good! I accidentally submitted an order twice and emailed them about it. They replied and canceled the second order quite swiftly.

But that was because they were waiting to restock my MSD outfit. They informed me that it would only come on the 16th, so it was an awesome surprise that my stuff arrived today after all.

Great!
I sent through my order and immediately made a thread in Q&A to attach a picture of the custom face-up I wanted. I also made sure to specify the wig and eyes I wanted to come with the Zaoll (just to make sure that I got what I wanted). The person who answers Q&A confirmed it as all good.
Then when the item was shipped I got an email with my EMS tracking number right in it. No hoops to jump through or anything!

* How easy was it to pay?
Easy-peasy. I just sent the money directly to their Paypal account.

* How long did it take to ship?
I ordered on 5/30/15/2010. They shipped on 6/15/2010. It arrived at my house on 6/18/2010. It probably would have been there the day before if it hadn't sat in the JFK airport for 26 hours. @_@; (And that's obviously nothing to do with Dollmore or how it ships items.)

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Rather!
The expensive boots I ordered were extremely well-made. The cheap sneakers a bit less so. The resin of the doll feels nice (and very different from the resin of my other dolls). The sculpting on the features are wonderful; etc.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Nothing looked different from advertised. xD

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I'm still learning how to operate the Zaoll body. It's different from what I'm used to, but that's nothing to do with Dollmore.
There is nothing so wrong with those cheaper shoes I mentioned that is worth complaining about. xD There was a bit of glue in the toe which I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't tried to wedge a foot that was a bit too wide for the shoe into it.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I've no intentions of reporting the glue problem. I don't think it's worth a fuss about. They're beautiful shoes, exactly as advertised - and if wedging a foot that is too wide into the shoes didn't make it fall apart, then they are well-constructed as well!

* Would you order from this company again?
Absolutely! I should be placing my next order this time next month.

I don't know. I'm not much on second-hand buying. But I might consider it if they ever discontinued something I wanted. Besides - they loaded me down with goodies and I love free things. >_>; I'd rather pay full price and get free things on top of it than nearly full price for something used with nothing thrown in.

Took me a couple tries to get it right - I was using Firefox & attempting to pay via Paygate - but it went through okay after that. My only complaint would be that they charged me an extra $20.00, but they said it was a fee from Paygate that they had to pay as well (or something to that effect...) and I haven't yet been back to inquire further.

* How long did it take to ship?
It was shipped about two weeks after I placed my order and arrived six days later.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely! This guy is extremely well jointed right out of the box, and the face-up is absolutely amazing! The clothing seems sturdy so far, and is very well made, fits him perfectly.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Better, in my opinion. The coloring of the eyes/wig I requested with him (which they followed ^^) were a bit different than the pictures though. The wine red wind cut wig is more of a burgundy color rather than a natural looking red (is still gorgeous though!) and the eyes are so so so much more vivid! And of course, since I had the custom face-up, his face isn't quite the same as in the pictures, but he's still gorgeous in my opinion.

The only things are that the Velcro securing his wig is a bit weak on the sticky side (it came like that, and I'm sure easily fixed by applying a new piece of velcro) and there is a ton of extra string in the head, which I'll probably just end up trimming. All minor problems!

It was good; I strongly suggest using the Q&A page rather than the email. They answered my email kind of weird, and I would've been even more confused that I had been, had I gone on that alone. But with the Q&A page, I got an answer the next day, and I could understand it. I never was emailed as to when it was being shipped at all. I had to always go in and ask.

Sort of easy. I paid with PayPal, but whenever I clicked 'next', I'd get a blank screen. And then they said the doll was out of stock. It was a few hours until I went to check my email, found the PayPal email, and paid for everything (the doll wasn't out of stock, after all).

Almost 3 weeks. They say that it'll take 7-15 days for shipping, but I think they mean before they actually send her out. The time it took once the "shipment completed" phase began and when I got the package was only 4 days. I received the 'shipment completed' notice the day after Labor Day, and she was here by that Friday.

Dollmore sells some Monique wigs without notification about wig company, it's somewhat understandable for Dollmore's usual behavior on sales. But they sent a 5-6 inch wig(THAT's what the tag says.) instead of 4-5 inch wig. Rest of 1 wig is made by dollmore, and I've never seen such a poor quality wig, wig's cap mesh is seen from outside of back head, because there weren't much hair. The last one is Monique Infant 4-5 inch wig, only one right item.

Very, though at first, a bit confusing. It was my first time using Paypal. Luckily, I got some help from Momo Haruno, my Little, who's good with it.

About two weeks, but when it shipped-about six days thanks to customs and my college's stupid postal service not shipping out mail on game days!

  I was bugged by the manual invoice because I had to wait and was anxious (first doll clothing order ever) but once they invoiced me through Paypal the payment process was instant and hella easy.

  Ordered on October 31st, shipped on November 2nd and received on November 11th

  You get what you pay for and a little more, I'd say the quality of the stuff I got was outstanding.

perfect! Turned out that I got my state wrong. I emailed dollmore to let them know, and they got back to me within just a few hours with a notice that they fixed it for me.

Cake through paypal! Just waited for my invoice.

shipped out on the 11th, so roughly 10 days!!

Yes. however, one of my dolls eyewells was beveled so deep that she has VERY thin resin in that area It's not terrible, but I think I'm just going to have to be super careful with her.
her resin isn't perfectly smooth, like the mold she was pored into wasn't smooth, and she has some awkward places where contours don't match up. But that's just being picky, and I imagine it will all even out with play.

Everything did but the necklace/collar thing. Which had grommets set into it. The grommets aren't evenly placed.
