Timely and polite - there was a slight delay answering my questions because of a holiday, but that's it.

* How easy was it to pay?
A little confusing at first - made the Firefox vs IE Paygate mistake, then opted to pay with Paypal which went through no problem.

* How long did it take to ship?
Delivered two days after payment ((the 6th)) and reached me on the 13th. Got held up in Canadian customs for four days, so Dollmore itself was VERY speedy.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Definitely!

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
To be honest, they looked even better.

Very satisfied.

Of course. I already have more things on my wishlist.

* How was the communication? Horrible... I payed right away through paypal, they finally sent me an email two days later stating that they had canceled my order... I had never ordered anything from Dollmore before, so I was confused - emailed them back asking why they had cancelled my order if I had payed. I waited for an email from them nothing... so that's when I went to their Q & A section on their website and asked why my order had been cancelled etc... they replied with something that had nothing to do with my question - I asked again, finally told me they cancelled my order because what I had ordered wasn't 'in-stock' which I had no idea of knowing because the items I had ordered didn't say - sold out or out of stock.

* How long did it take to ship? Recieved my items today, they said they didn't have the stuff I ordered so if it was o.k to send me similar items instead - I accepted because I just didn't want to deal with them anymore.

* What did you order? Caspian Sea Ha-Yarn Cho.

* When did you order? She was ordered on April 13.

* How was the communication? Good. I was notified within 24 hours that one of my items was out of stock and asked if I wanted replacement goods or credit. They also replied to multiple inquiries in the Q&A within 24 hours of my posting and were always polite.

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy. Paid through Paypal to the address provided during checkout.

* How long did it take to ship? Over a month. There was a huge backlog in their makeup department. She shipped on May 15, which is an extremely long wait for a Dollmore doll.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. Dollmore has some of the best dolls out there. She is the most posable of my girls and her clothing and makeup are superb.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Exactly.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Very much so. She was definitely worth the wait.

Yes. I ordered just little things this time but the quality was still very nice.

Surprisingly short, considering the distance. The shipping fee is also modest.

I'm not satisfied with how Ipsae is strung. It's strangely uneven. She's too tight in the torso and too loose in the from the bottom and down the legs. The lips is not correctly made up. The eyes was wrongly positioned, the look was strangely flat. I fixed that. Other than that, I love her. She's gorgeous.

The clothes and shoe sizes are strange. SD and MSD are very loosely used with Dollmore produced items. And even not my Obitsu can wear the Sonokong SD produced clothes. She can't get them over her thighs. Have you noticed that there's something strange with the head/body combinations on quite a few of the Sonokong clothes model pictures? Suddenly the model body is much more long and slender?? And the model head looks strangely small. Usually my Obitsu swims in SD clothes.

Didn't complain. One ought to know that ordering clothes and shoes from DM are a hit and miss game beforehand. But some thinking, researching, measuring and comparing will do. And that they of course won't admit anything. That's the price we pay for the overall great deal they give us compared to other companies.

Yes, I'm ordering all the time. And that's true. I have an addiction...

Communication was quick and in good english.

Had difficulties with the checkout system. When I hit the button to place my order, I got a blank page with some sort of server error. I assumed the order didn't go through and tried again -- same result. Eventually I gave up, but I guess it finally worked, because I was later emailed a paypal payment request, which I paid no problem.

How long did it take to ship?
It was shipped the next week, but arrived within 2 days of shipping. Shipping was delayed because an item I ordered was out of stock, and they wanted to know if I would like store credit or a replacement item.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes -- I am very pleased with what I got.

Very easy! I ordered, they sent me an invoice through Paypal, I paid, and that was that.

4 days! It took only a total of one week after I ordered! (so fast!)

Easy enough. I paid with my debit card through Paygate, but I must note I knew Paygate didn't work properly in Firefox. I used IE instead, placed the order and paid without any problem.

I placed the order just before the weekend, but it was processed promptly and shipped first thing on Monday. It arrived on five days (but my local post office took three more days to actually handed it to me).

Simple. They sent me a paypal invoice for the first payment and I paid the rest using the paypal ID I was given.

They shipped two weeks after I made the final payment (June 19th) and she arrived today (June 26th) she was in customs for a couple of days.

Got free eyes. Do not buy Dollmore eyes. There are better quality with other companies.

- Very much so as I have to hope things fit and most of them I have learned are what measurements are going by. I use their dolls measurements and then see how my gang measures to them.

There really wasn't much of a need for communication. Everything was pretty straight forward. They did send me e-mails to let me know they received my payment, and gave me a shipping notice, which I appreciated.

I found it easy enough, and I'm quite possibly the biggest paypal idiot ever!

The item arrived today, on July 6, 2009. So very fast!

I think so! But I also have no other doll clothes to compare it too...

The shirt and the shoes did. The jeans looked a bit better in the sales picture, and I wish they would have shown they back of the jeans. But overall they look exactly the same. ^^

I ordered clothes (including jeans, a dress, skirt, stockings etc), some glass eyes, a wig, and shoes. (I should note they were all for MSD Tender Too and Bee A - I find some of the shoes to be a little on the big side for Bee A's slightly smaller feet, but the Van/sneakers fit her nicely)

I placed the order on 15 June 2009, and received it about a week and a half later? It was to New Zealand, but I found it to be really fast!

Directly through the Dollmore website.

There was hardly any communication needed, I did send an email wondering how to pay via credit card because I was using Firefox at the time and didn't realise the page that was suposed to show up didn't! That Email didn't get a direct reply, I just got an email requesting payment through paypal.

* How easy was it to pay?
It would have been really easy if I had used Internet Explorer! Don't use Firefox when making a payment, its a pain ~_~ I ended up just paying with paypal.

I ordered it on the 15th June, and it was sent out on the 18th June. (probably would have been faster if I was able to pay right away) but no problems.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yeah I think so, I found the clothes to be nicely finished, and theres a bit more to them than in the photos. The shoes are really well made too!

They look better the wig I particularly love, I've had other wigs and they've never quite been what I expected but this one was even better than imagined.

But everything was very easy, no hassle, no mistakes.

How was the communication?
I received my order confirmation right after I order. When I posted a message about my paypal payment that night they answered early the next day when the business hours were open. Completely confirmed my payment and then shipped my package out the next day and sent me an email with my EMS tracking. I think the communication was fantastic~

How easy was it to pay?
Well I chose to pay by paypal, but because I typed in my non-paypal email address I didn't receive my invoice thinking it would bring me to a paypal checkout screen at the end of the order like when you use eBay . So what I did was put a post on the Q&A board saying that I sent them the full amount through paypal to their paypal address, what my order number was and gave them the paypal transaction ID since I didn't have a invoice. As well as on the paypal payment, I wrote twice that it was the full payment for my order number. When they replied, they just confirmed my payment. I wish there was a little note on the check out screen for when you use paypal to type in your paypal email address in the email for billing/contact section in order to get an invoice sent to you >_>, that would have made it alot easier.

I received two emails from them, one listing the contents of the order, the other notifying me that the items had been shipped. I didn't initiate any additional contact, so I can't speak to that. But for an order with no problems, this amount of contact was fine.

* How easy was it to pay?
Paypal-- quick and painless.

* How long did it take to ship?
The order shipped the next day after I placed it, on October 9. I received the package on October 15, not quite a week later.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, I thought so. The most inexpensive items had simple construction, but the pricier garment I bought (the coat) was lined and hangs very nicely. I thought the quality on all the items was appropriate for the price I paid.

Yes.

Quite satisfied!

Probably yes, although not often. The shipping cost makes it a bit prohibitive.

*note please. Dollmore offers free shipping for orders over $800 provided it fits in one box. However they do NOT tell you that this means only one doll. Most companies can ship two dolls in one box, and will inform you specifically if this is not a possibility. Dollmore could not ship a Kara Klum and Kid body in one box, so I was charged shipping for the kid body. This was rather disappointing. They were very nice about it, and I have asked them to update the website to make this point more clear for future purchasers. it does ruin my habit of buying more than one doll at a time.

Great! I had some questions that I sent by e-mail and by Q&A board and they always answered them the next or even the same day.

2 days: they shipped on the 2nd November 2009 and it arrive on the 9th (today).

The items are relatively cheap and are actually nice quality so I think the price is worth it!

The shoes looked better, I was actually surprised and the wig was a bit squished but it looked pretty much like in the pictures.

It wasn't really a problem for me but my shipping address had some characters that were not visible, they immeaditly contacted me by e-mail asking me to rewrite it and everything was solved very quickly.
