[Dollmore] Dear Doll :D

They are cute, the girl looks quite like a small Lusion dolly

I can see all the measurements except the overall height, any one know what size they are?

 

wow they are cute l like the boy l wonder what the size is as well.

 

They are 30cm, they state it in the shoe section. I think they'd look very cute as Narsha's baby sister/brother

 

They are cute, very Dollmore style

But the fact there's not a single photo of them with their arms straight makes me slightly suspicious. Like they are hiding something about the joints or proportions >_<

When their clothing line comes out, I'm sure there will be more photos of them there to put my mind at rest :P

 

They are cute but I'm looking forward to the clothes more. My Lati Greens and Yos might be able too wear them

Clothes for me too, according to the measurements, the clothes and shoes should fit LittleFees too. Which is great, because I'm planing to get one and was worried about clothes and shoes. Yay, finally tiny doll clothes from Dollmore!
The shoes might be a touch snug on LTFs since the Dear Dolls' feet are 1mm shorter, and the waists will be loose since there is a 1.2cm difference, the Dear Dolls being wider in the waists.
The jointing design in the chest is pretty interesting (I had a pretty similar idea for a doll I was sculpting... pretty soon it's going to look like I don't have any original ideas ) Triple jointed.
From the measurements, the arms seem a little on the long side though... only a 2.5cm distance from the tips of their fingers to their feet.

The individual product page said the height was 26.5cm, so is the doll 30cm including the head or something? o.o

I was impressed with the chest joint too!! I didn't like it so much when I first saw it but it gets cuter!

Oh! And this also means Dollmore Yo size wigs and shoes! Hopefully they won't cost a fortune.

An email I just received from Dollmore state the height at 26.5 which makes sense as they fit the YoSd stuff then whereas my Lati Green at 30cm is harder to dress.

Yes finally Dollmore yo sized clothing!

Will fit my girl much better than my own crappy sewing.

 

Still no clear photos of the arms straight, makes me more suspicious that they got the arm length really wrong >_<

 

They have a couple pictures in the clothing sets where they have a straightened arm, but it's covered by clothes. I wanted to check the measurement against my Littlefee. The littlefee stats say that from shoulder to wrist is 7.8.

One of the Dear Doll clothing sets measures the length of the sleeve as 8.5. It's a t-shirt that goes to the wrist. So their arms seem like they are longer than the littlefees, but I don't think it looks off in the pictures.

I think the little girl is going to the top of my wishlist. I just ordered a Narsha Coco, so it's going to be a while.

edit: I just looked at the t-shirt again and it looks like it goes a little down below the wrist, so I don't think their arms are that much longer.

 

I think if the arms were too long, it might just add to the cuteness. I love them, especially the girl: do want. And can afford. Uh-oh, bad combo...

So they can wear Yo clothing?

i love some of the clothes they have and the shoes are so inexpensive!!! but i think that shirts with sleeves will be a smidge too small due to this:
Dollmore Dear Doll: Shoulders=6.5cm and Fairyland Littlefee: Shoulder=7cm so maybe they won't fit :S hmmm i wonder anyways i think half of the clothes you can take out the shirts and replace them with your own will someone check if they get one because i love love love the rabbit suits

It's taken me ages to finally get the 2 SDs I love the most.....and now they will have Bomi too....I'm just gonna spoil them now and buy them lots of stuff.....I'd like to make them a living room like Scarlett Empress has for her dolls.....I love the idea!

Weeelll.... it's kind of lying empty at the moment, as I wasn't sure whether to sell it to make more room for my dollies I prefer my 1/24th scale houses, so decided to focus on those, but I'm thinking of painting the Ocean Drive and continuing with it, am not sure what to do tbh..

 

I like 24th scale cos they take up less room, Lol......haven't got any houses atm......I still look at them and then change my mind, I think the dolls have won!......I'd sell Ocean Drive if you aren't doing anything with it and put the money you make towards another tiny,

I think they're the same sculpt, there's just a boy version and a girl version. The thread is for both of them, but no one seems to have one home yet. I would like to see owner pics too.

I think for people who love Fairyland or Soom for example, they won't like her but for people who search for different and unusual tiny, she'll be perfect cause she's not cute or pretty like the most part of tinies of this kind of size but she has a really strange beauty. I like her very much

Today I got my Bomi from the customs.She is really adorable!Bomi came with the wig,a silicone headcap and the suit.
She has very much personality!

 

Oh, she's really pretty, Petra. I like the eyes and hair combination.

I am new here and love the new pics of the Dear Dolls ! I just ordered Bomi 2 days ago and am so excited to get her. I love her different kind of face, kinda like a real little girl !

Does Dollmore ship quick ? it says 2 -3 weeks. I am so impatient but compared to other companies I have ordered from it is fast.

 

I purchased mine on Ebay from Lemonday,and she shipped her after 3 weeks!

Mine will be just a little girl, like a little orphan maybe. I think she has that 'black sheep in the family look', like she wouldn't be the first chosen That is why I like her though. I think she is precious !
