I'll start by introducing my girl.


NAME: Lizzy M. Snow
Type: Dollits Miso D.K.D.
Birthday/Arrival: She left Korea on May 29, 2017, so I am calling 5/29 her birthday
Wig: She has MANY but in this photo she is wearing Leekeworld in soft berry.
Eyes: In this photo, she is wearing the blue paperweight eyes sent along with her from her maker J. Baek.
Location: Lizzy now lives in North Carolina, USA
Personality: This girl is always happy. She has a positive approach to each situation and always works to create an outcome that brings joy to all concerned.
Likes: Wigs, eyes, clothes, shoes, ..... the list goes on and on. Typical teenage girl.
Dislikes: Hunters, anyone who is cruel to animals. Garlic. She really dislikes garlic. Humidity ... even though resin doesn't sweat, she still doesn't like it.

 

@singkititay A 6/7 is the best fit. I have some 7/8 size wigs that I bought for a different doll, and you can get away with them for a photo, but they are loose and you'll have much better success with a 6/7. I can't wait to see your Miso!! I hope you'll love your gal as much as I do mine.

@phanuel Ohmygoodness!! Eulalie is beyond adorable. What a wonderful photo of her! I really want to see more of her. Since she is from Doll in Mind, her skin tone is a bit different from my Lizzy and I love it. OH! I just looked at your flicker album and realized I had seen your photos of Eulalie. Wonderful photos and she is pure delight.

 

@singkititay , I have had a time finding shoes. If you look on the Facets site and go to shoes for the Matt doll .... they fit Miso. Now, they are men's shoes so you don't get glam, but the cowboy boots are great and you can get her a basic pair of oxfords or loafers. I have also found that shoes made for the Helen Kish 14" dolls, while a tiny bit long, are not a bad fit at all. With sox, fine. Without, I stuff a tiny bit of cotton in the toe.
I also found a basic black shoe with a bow on the Kemper website and it is almost a perfect fit!! I think it was $3? I'm thinking of ordering a couple more a painting them. High heels are a REAL problem. I've found nothing that truly fits, but shoes for the Mme. Alexander Cissy doll are 'wearable'. Large, still. But with a bit of cotton in the toe, wearable. I really wish I could find heels that truly fit!!!
