Great thread! I'll be participating in room sales.

I'm bringing metal armor, jewelry, eyes, and gently used 60 cm clothing.

Update: I plan to be open Friday night and maybe Saturday night. I take cash and can take credit cards with or without a PayPal account.

EDIT: Plus now I'm bringing a new style of leather armor.

 

How about a Room EVENT/Experience/Gift for the people?

As soon as I read about room sales I knew I wanted to do a sort of event for people to come and enjoy--my thank you to all of you for such a wonderful hobby experience!

I (with the help of a friend) am going to build a paper set/world in our room and use it to premier a new stop-motion dolly video. More details to come, but I'm thinking it will be shown every fifteen minutes or something like that?

We might also have some things to sell, but the video/room transformation is top priority, so we'll see how much time I have left to make stuff after that!

Oh YAY!!! We will have some VERY REASONABLY PRICED used clothing from various places, new items that were made by us and some heads. We also have some low priced eyes.

 

Yeah we plan to open the room Friday night I guess about 10pm. We'll have some dolls, Soom, Lati, Crobidoll (small ones). A ton of boys sd13 clothes, wigs galore and eyes.

I'm making a bunch of mini books to sell, and probably other bits and bobs to trade/giveaway. I plan on getting a Square account so I can take credit cards

 

I am in the process of crafting several styles of magnetic horns in a variety of sizes. They are cast in translucent polyester resin that has been pigmented (no painting needed). If you find me on Tumblr, I post daily progress photos. I will include magnets in any sale, but I don't want to risk that the polarity would be wrong for a head with magnets already, so they won't be glued in. I will have glue on hand, though.


That said....I am always interested in parts. I have a special weakness for heads with failed eye mods that I may repair. And I am very interested in doing trades.

 

Various heads, wigs, clothes and shoes in multiple sizes, those will travel best. Our group of four will all have items in our room. Paypal and cash accepted, trades possible. Sizes include EID M (model), SD13/Gr M/F, SD17, possible a few Dollshe items. Have Volks fullset outfits I'm finally ready to part with.

ETA: Will definitely also have multiple urethane eyes in multiple sizes. Forgot to mention those because I hoard beautiful eyes like dragon treasure.

I don't plan to sell anything at this time, but I'm looking for:

I'll be rooming with Glyndon, Batchix, and Swankkat. There will be many goodies. Also, there will be cake while it lasts.

Personally I'll be bringing a slew of urethane eyes, wigs both handmade and store bought, and clothing for SD size up to Dollshe boys. We'll be set up to take credit cards and PayPal. I myself will also accept some imported chocolates, kinder eggs, and Mr. Big bars in partial trade. (Does Hershey Canada still make the almond raisin bar? I love those.)

I'll be shopping for things to fit Volks SD10 boys and girls, as well as looking for some SD13 girl things. I lean towards things that are more casual, modern, or mori style. I have a weakness for 4D items, bright colors, black and grey, and things that make me laugh. I also will be on the hunt for optional parts for my Volks dolls in NS or sunlight.

 

I'll be rooming with brighnasa, and we're both doing room sales. I'll have a few heads (including some limited/hard-to-find heads), two full Volks limiteds, some one-of-a-kind outfits from Japanese vendors like PureDrop, wigs, eyes, and some gorgeous kimonos! I'll also have some *very* inexpensive props and basic clothes for sale, too.

I probably won't be buying much of anything from roomsales as I'll probably just have some birthday money which is probably all going to end up in Switch, Peak's Woods and/or Lati's hands. feral5 and I were really only planning on bringing one doll with us to Dollism though so we'll definitely have room in our suitcases for some clothes, wigs, etc to sell including the two faceplates I have on the market if they're still there. I thiiiiiink that our room will be open Friday night, but I will have to double check that with my other roommates because I can't remember 100% what they had said they'd like to do.

 

I'm hoping to possibly find someone to bunk with that is doing room sales. If that does happen and I have time I'll be making various clothing for MSD and larger including Lusion and Trinity, maybe some wigs as well and some furry ear/tail sets. And more than likely I'll bring any used clothes, etc that I find I can live with out, possibly a few dolls.

 

I'm not entirely decided on if I'm selling yet (depends on me deciding if I want to have potential problems at the border), but I'm personally in the market for SD girl-sized shoes that can pass for normal, ordinary boys shoes. I have too many tiny Elfdoll boy feet around here.

A friend and I were chatting last night about Dollism and the exciting room sales. We came up with the idea to put photos of our items for sale/trade (with prices) on an iPad so that we could walk around with it during room sales and let people know what we had. That way we could shop and sell/trade at the same time!

I'll be bringing a lot of stuff with me, I think. 8D I'll have

- SD clothes items (professional and handmade)
- MSD clothes items (professional and hand made)
- SD shoes
- MSD shoes
- Wigs from 6-7 to 9-10.
- Accessories fit for SDs.

I also have a two dolls listed in the MP for those who have access, but I'll only bring them if I have a buyer. Gotta bring my own dollies!

I'll be searching for EID man (super hero) sized clothes and shoes, other SD sized male and female clothes, all 'modern' or 'casual' wear. Yo-SD clothes, modern/ casual, maybe some Volks items. And last but not least, some MiniFee sized clothes and wigs for my new little cutie pie.

I cannot WAIT to see what everyone's got going on!! I have three other roomates who will also be bringing a range of items, so our room sale will probably be mighty big. XD Haha. We plan to be open for a large amount of time (when we're allowed to be open of course!) and plan to be shopping quite a bit. My friends and I have even invested in a Square reader, too. ;D

For me, this convention is all about the shopping, trading and meeting of new people. I can't wait!! 8D

 

I'm going to be destashing most of my dolls and their clothes - I'm trying to thin the herd and reclaim my house, so probably 75% of the dolls listed in my profile will be for sale. I'm not positive which ones I'll actually load into the car to bring, though, since I know they won't all sell. But I will definitely have full dolls to sell (mostly 60cm and larger) as well as clothes, high end glass and urethane eyes, and wigs. I'll probably also bring some floating heads and "project" fixer uppers to sell.

I'm not really looking to buy, but I could be tempted by 45cm Narins, Unoa, Limho, and Hypermaniac dolls... And I'd potentially be into trades.

 

Will probably be bringing fantasy outfits, glass eyes, wigs of various sizes, Dollfie sized dragon plushies and possibly a DOD Ean elf mod head.

Will be looking for SID/Nyid/Feeple girl stuff. Doll weapons, and anything fantasy that attracts my attention.

Will be rooming with Elisa_Maza from Angel Toast, and Nanyalin from Magic Mirror so I imagine they'll have a bunch of stuff too.

 

Whatever I bring, I will write it on a list and dangle it on my door. So far I will bring some shoes, wigs, and assorted resin parts. I would be interested in looking at SD girl hands that will match my Dreamingdoll body. My girl needs new hands!

 

I'll be rooming by myself in another hotel. While I'm wandering around the room sales I'm going to be searching for SSDF boy clothing. I'm looking for a jacket, pants, and maybe some casual shoes for him. See you all soon!

 

Oh I am so excited! I am looking for modern separates for both boys and girls in all sizes. I like my dolls to have well made unique items that don't cost too much

 

Hubby & I got a room at the other hotel, but will be sure to check out room sales. With so many sized kids here, I am sure all want something new from the convention.

I'm hoping to purchase some traditional style Chinese footwear for the crazy big feet of a Leeke muscle body boy as well as regular boy shoes (non-platform ones) for quite a few of my other guys. I have RS boys (MSD/tinies) among my crew so I'd be looking for something suitable for their small feet, too. Stacey's Pink Ocean 68/70cm boy outfits and traditional Chinese or Japanese outfits for the same size boys as well as traditional Chinese or Japanese outfits for a Soom Faery boy (30cm). And anything thing that could be combined into the most eye-searingly bad combination of colour/patterns in pants/shirt/hat for a MNF boy for my fashion disaster, Haniel.

 

I'll be bringing some wigs and clothes for sure to sell as well as some floating heads. I'm not sure yet about bringing any full dolls to sell, but there's a chance I'll have a couple as well.

I know I haven't posted much on this forum over the years, but my partner-in-crime (new member - SilverAsh!) and myself will totally be participating in room sales. We are outside of the con block, but still in the Hyatt!

SilverAsh creates absolutely beautiful, roughly SD-sized art dolls. They are made from wax, intricately jointed, and we will be (hopefully) carrying some around the convention as well as having some for sale. They will also be helping me in my accessory-making efforts!

I plan on having some doll necklaces available for sale, and am bringing along equipment so I can do custom lengths and closures and whatnot! My main focus is leatherwork, so I will also have a ton of leather accessories for sale, especially masquerade masks in various doll sizes (and hopefully some sets so you and your dolls can have matching ones!). Also hope to have hair barrettes, wings, horns, and other fantasy accessories! (Price ranges will be all over the map, starting at very inexpensive).

I really hope to be more active on here over the next few months and get to know fellow DoA members (and their doll families) before the convention! So excited, you guys!

 

Just wondering if it would be possible to sell fabric? Stuff with doll scale patterns or thin enough to work for doll clothes? Or would that be too off-topic?

 

I'll be mostly looking for Minifee boy masculine street clothes. I have a hard time finding things that aren't too feminine or fantasy looking for my liking. Steampunk stuff is good, too.

I will be staying in another hotel nearby, and being a vendor by day( our business is called Dragonfly, my partner, Carrie has been a professional silversmith since the 70's, so we will mainly be selling doll jewelry) and mad room sale dollie shopper by night.

I am looking mostly for dresses and a new more poseable body for an Elfdoll Sooah, sd13 ladies shoes, dainty pretty things , shoes for an Iplehouse EID male, 12mm and 16mm eyes, articulated hands for an sd13 boy ( my poor Elfdoll Mir broke his hand recently, he took a fall when I had posed him clumsily, and I feel SO bad about it! I screamed. I cried. Now I am shopping for hands.)

I am always looking for cloth, dolly props, and I would love some wings, and steam punk googles.

....and things that are emerald green, cobalt blue or brilliant purple. Have you ever noticed the sad derth of these colors in our hobby?

In addition to my original list (waaay back on page 1. Not so way back, but yeah.), I would love to see some slim mini clothes in any style, because I think I have almost every style for my dolls....but especially cutes. I could use a little cutes.

 

Gelfling21 and I be doing room sales for our shop, Rockyn Resinoyds as well.

We will have doll furniture in sizes from Puki chairs to SD as well as rocking horses, wooden chests of all sizes, wagons, teddie bears of all sizes and more. Right now, we have a very limited number of SD-sized iron chairs in various colors. I'm still gathering other things as well, so come by and buy!

I too am looking for colors other than pink, black, white, red or gray for most of my resinoyds as well as for traditional Japanese footwear of all sizes, a 70cm Heian era kimono, and kimono (not yukata) for my other dolls in many sizes.

Most of all, I'm hoping to find a Ringdoll Grown version 1 boy body in the old NS. I'm not expecting to find one, but I can hope!

I shall be offering a 'spa' package for a select number of dollys a day over the weekend. It includes, a complete cleaning, restringing, and sueding or wiring if necessary. I'll also be offering full faceup wipes should you so desire.

I have a few modded dolly's that haven't found homes yet, so they'll come with me looking to be adopted.
A few floating bits clothing/shoe/wig wise.....and perhaps a few surprises!

I'll be open for room sales with Kitkaze I'll have a ton of second or third hand shoes and fashions for sale, a few event gifts from Fairyland or other companies as well as my own creations. I'll be offering fantasy clothing sets for Yosd, Tall Yosds (Minoru World Jr.) and Slim MSD. I will also have props scaled for 1/4. I should have my sewing kit with me so alterations may also be a possibility.

 

Hi everyone! I'm really excited for room sells. I'll be rooming with Invisible Wings, MosaicWolf, and Amasun. I know we will each have our own things for sell. Amasun and I make our stuff together and we are hoping to get more pieces put together to bring with us. So far our sell lot (of what we have made) consists of msd pjs, yosd girl dresses, and sd infinity style dresses, and doll jewelry (all sizes). We will also have some well made yukatas for all sizes and genders, and possibly one or two big furisode pieces. As for doll company stuff, I know we are bringing a few resin heads, various company wigs (mainly SD), company clothes (all sizes/genders)

We will have a sign on our door (that we are designing) and if there is a bulletin board or something at Dollism then we will put something on there to let everyone know what room we are in. Also, please do feel free to come say hello! We love meeting new people and seeing lovely dolls! ^_^

Also, I no longer will be searching for a Volks Charlotte as I have found one, however I will be searching for MSD girls. Peakswoods or Bambicrony. And a pair of pink shoes and a pair of blue shoes or two pairs of white shoes that'll fit those dolls too.

I'm doing room sales I'll mostly be packing rather light for border crossing, so it's more likely I'll be sticking to light things like my rings and such. Maybe a small handful of resin drinks and sweets. I also have some Old Soom fantasy parts that have just sat in the box since I bought them I can be tempted to bring along :3

Am thinking about making up some DC Youth pants too, but we'll see if I get around to that or not... Further, I am planning to bring at least a couple dolls to sell...got a bunch I'm planning to move, so we'll see how much room I have in my luggage.

Since I'm looking to get out of the doll business, I plan on bringing most of my remaining inventory. That means I'll have lots of dolls from Ringdoll, Angel of Dream and Impldoll for sale, as well as a ton of wigs and eyes. I do take credit card and I may be open to trades!

I'm mostly going to have some clothes, shoes and wigs (used and unused) that fit puki-SD sizes. If I'm able to finish them in time, some of the items will be handmade things. I will also have some doll-sized knick-knacks and re-ment items for sale/give-away (this weekend I'll probably edit this post to include details about the items).

I'm also considering selling two of my dolls (IH Amy and Impldoll Gela) but I haven't made a final decision on them yet.

ALL of my roommates are doing room sales! I have some secondhand limited clothing that I'll be hoping to offload in addition to handmade stuff, some furniture that I've been hoarding for no reason, and I'll be hopping about in search of small (<14mm) urethane eyes.

 

I could really use some MSD elastic, if anyone has that to sell. I always order the wrong size when I do it online :/ Also MSD and YOSD clothes and MSD shoes.

 

I would love to see some slim mini things especially shoes. Also if anyone has clothing to sell that fits Doll Chateau's K-07 body that would be a huge plus.

We will offer a few heads with make-up (from You-Know-Who). I'm planning to put the MSD doll on sale (in pure-rose skin )
and a lot of second hand outfits, shoes, wigs in all sizes (bargian prices-clearance-liquidation).

Also I'm creating now some wet felting fun boots and hats in YOSD and lati yellow sizes.
