Event Dollism Buffalo New York Photo Thread (Nudity)

That makes sense! Thanks for letting me know. I just couldn't wrap my head around modifying any of my dolls to that extent since you never know if it's going to work. Still love them all. I'd like to see a wig on the mod with the flowers molded on her head. I'm sure it'd be beautiful.

 

I'm super duper late in posting to this thread but I love everyone's pictures!! I have a few to contribute myself; unfortunately most of my pictures came out blurry >< If anyone sees a doll that's theirs, please let me know ^^

Oh, you're not too late!!! It's actually nice to see some late arrivals of the pictures and get to relive such a wonderful time some more!! I'm still really reminiscing over that convention and wish I could go back! Thanks for posting these and thanks to everybody who posted photos!!

 

I am glad you enjoyed the photos. There's definitely a lot of talent in the BJD community!

As for the extreme modification contest, it was amazing to see how many unique interpretations resulted from using the same head as a base!

 

I... I came in third in the extreme mod contest. I won the Narin head which I have ironically modded. This was my entry:

Iplehouse Bichun is a very lovely boy! *sigh* ... although I don't think Iplehouse makes any dolls that aren't lovely! *sad sigh* (because I have more IH boys than I need, but really would love to have more.)

I can't believe it's been two years already! I love coming back to this thread to re-live that weekend. It was a good time.
