Dollheart Original website vs Jollyplus?

    1. Hi all, hoping for a bit of clarification here. Recently dollheart has updated its website, with two options - "Original Website" and "Shopping cart" from the main page of dollheart.com. The latter link goes to jollyplus.

      Recently I made an order, placed from the usual way of the Original website and checking out via paypal. I didn't use the jollyplus site or shopping cart. It's been a week or so and I have no order confirmation or response to my email.

      I'd just like to know if their Original website is still functional for orders, because it IS still being updated with new items and the payment process still works. Has anyone ordered from it recently? Please let me know how it went? Thanks!
       
    2. I ordered recently from the Jolly plus website and received a conformation email right away, and then one saying they received payment. I am not sure about there old website tho, maybe try contacting them?
       
    3. I have emailed them, with no reply, which is why I'm unsure, I do know however that their emai address remains unchanged because they recently replied me from it... Worrying!

    5. Resurrecting this thread to add a question: is anyone else unable to check out through Paypal on the Jollyplus/Dollheart site? Trying to place an order there just locked down my Paypal account; I had to reconfirm all my account info and change my password/security questions to get the account working again. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon--thank goodness there are dealers as well as Dollheart's eBay shop!

      But has anyone else had checkout or security problems with the Jollyplus/Dollheart site lately?
       
    6. I ordered through their Original Website recently and didn't have any problems paying with paypal...but I just emailed them since it's been a few weeks and I've heard nothing.

      On one hand, having ordered from them before I know they never send order confirmations and shipping notices (they actually told me this once in an email). On the other hand I was getting nervous since I wasn't even sure I ordered from the correct site.
      I was able to pay to their email/pp though and I have my pp confirmation order...so we'll see.

      Good luck, if you find out what's going on keep us updated as I'd like to know myself.
       
    7. I don't think that had anything to do with Dollheart/Jollyplus. I think it is a measure Paypal is taking on its own to crack down on potential fraud. I recently had to do the same thing to order some books through eBay. A very small order, at that.
       
    8. I ordered a pair of shoes from their dealer (boutiquedoll) and it works fine and the transaction was very smooth. And dollheart do have an ebay account as well but it'd be nice if anyone knows if the current dollheart is still updating regularly...... ??
       
    9. Maybe it was just a coincidence, then! But it was still odd that the checkout process wouldn't complete--I never had any problems with the original Dollheart site, so I'll try placing the order through that one instead and see what happens.
       
    10. Cynthia, if you clicked on anything that popped up claiming to take you to PayPal rather than using your own bookmark to get there, it was probably a phishing scam. In that case, it would be a good idea to change your password right away.
       
    11. Nope, no phishing pop-up--just repeated failures of the Dollheart/Jollyplus checkout procedure (on different screens each time). I didn't realize my Paypal account had been locked down until I logged in there independently to make sure none of the order attempts had gone through. I may be wrong in seeing the checkout failures and the account lockdown as connected problems, but in any case I'm not inclined to try the Jollyplus version of Dollheart again in the near future.
       
    12. Maybe try the Original Website as it seems to work just fine. According to my roommate, who just emailed me from home, my Dollheart package arrived today. Which means I emailed them for nothing (as usual. I should learn by now :B ) and my order went through on the old site with no issue.
       
    13. I've never received confirmations from DollHeart directly but my things have always arrived.
       
    14. I created an account with Jollyplus and was able to get tracking confirmation through my account information, and an E-mail confirmation (thought it was in Chinese). I recently ordered and received a Boy Fer from them, but the necklace was missing from it... and now I am stuck waiting for Jollyplus to respond to my E-mail about it. Mine you I got the Fer yesterday... but am hoping for a response soon this week.
       
    15. Using the original website I never received confirmation or any updates at all. I think the cart is the way to go.
       
    16. I recently went through the same thing!!!!! Yesterday, I was trying to purchase a pair of DH boots on the Jollyplus website because I couldnt find them on DH's original website and when I tried to pay for them, a message popped up saying I couldnt pay and please contact the seller or something.

      I tried several times but the results were the same. I was afraid the payment had went through[several times] but paypal didnt inform me, so I logged into my Paypal account and found out that it was locked down as well! I also had to reconfirm everything and Paypal restored my account today. I will definitely NOT be going back to Jollyplus anymore. This experience had scared the shit out of me. :/
       
    17. So... I ordered a set from the original website on Nov. 4th, paid and what not. I emailed them the other day just to ask about confirmation that they got my order and haven't heard back yet... So reading this, am I just to assume my set will eventually just show up? That really bugs me that they don't keep communication...
       
    18. I'd like to purchase a new outfit for my girl, but I read your feedbacks about the Jollyplus/Cart version of DH website and I am afraid to order...
      I can't find the dress neither on the Original website nor on Ebay. And I am quite disappointed, 'cause airmail is not available on Jollyplus -_-

      Has someone received their order by registered airmail recently?

      reitaism: Last time, I ordered on July... transaction was really a mess because they have forgotten to send me confirmation. try Facebook instead, they seem to reply often there. =)

My paypal got locked too when I tried to order and that took a while to sort out, once sorted though I made a payment and then their website changed from the Jollyplus one to dollheart.net and my order got lost from them. I emailed them about it without any problems though and they gave me a shipping date.

      I got my outfit about a week ago thankfully and I'm hoping since they've changed/updated their website to dollheart.net it will be more reliable to order from them.

    21. Kisara, Cynthia in FlintHills: Oh, thanks so much for your help! I tried to contact Dollheart by using the form on the Jollyplus website, and seems like it worked. Pasu Lau responded to my questions promptly, saying that I just have to tell her name and number code of the outfit. =)

      Anyway, I will use a dealer next time if I have troubles, again.

      I think they are aware of the problems met with their website, since they proposed me a different solution. I am really happy with it, and I will be going to make a new order by mail =)
